horrible experience so far

The whole experience thus far has been terrible. Trying to make this story short for you, during the initial set up of my dish, the tech placed in right in front of a window completely blocking it. When I saw him doing this I went out and asked if he could move it 4 ft to one side he said it was too late because he had poured the concrete. I called after and asked a tech to come out and move it, so I wait the 4 hours on the scheduled day for the tech, and when he showed up he said he couldn't move it because they booked my apt wrong. So I had to make a third appointment waiting another 4 hours for a tech to come and move it. took 15 minutes once he got there, after already wasting 12 hours of my time. Secondly, I am in the military and only had 2 tvs when doing the initial set up. You are allowed 4 receivers free with the initial set up, but you have to have 4 tvs. I explained I was doing a military move and didn't have my other tvs and they said it wouldn't be a problem to get the other 2 later on. My furniture just arrived and I called and they are telling me no one made a note of it and want to charge $100 plus $50 service charge for EACH receiver. My original installation was only a month ago. If this is how a company treats it's customers. does not hold up on what they promised (which is why I signed on with them to begin with) and is not understanding in any way, I want to have no part of.
