Dispatched from warehouse to store 14th Oct was told to wait until store contact me for pick up today is 6th NOVEMBER !!!!!!

Thank you for providing us with this valuable feedback, we are very sorry to hear that our new click & collect facility fell below expectation on this occasion. This is a new service we have implemented as we really want customers to have the flexibility to collect their order when and where they would like. We are working with quite an old system and this has caused some issues as we roll this out. We are working hard to improve this service to ensure that we meet expectations in the future.
