ordering can be difficult for those not in the netherlands
Only bank transfer is allowed for non-Netherlands countries. Instructions are only on the webpage and not emailed (so if you have browser issues, you lose the instructions). I sent an email to customer service to ask what happened and did not get a reply. 3 days later, I called them and that is the only time they replied.
Once I made the payment, the order was never processed! After a week of waiting, I tried to contact customer service and emails bounced back and no one answered the phone. I finally posted a message on their fb page and finally got an email confirmation regarding the order after that.
In the end, we got our delivery in good shape, but it was quite a nightmare to get to that stage
