Not all that sure why there are so many bad reviews on here... I've used myHermes probably around 10 times in the past 6 months (as a sender) and each time has been great. I've also received many items which have always been fine. Maybe its just that people only seem to bother reviewing a company when they've messed up? I've no idea. I highly recommend them and have always been happy with the service & VERY low cost :-) A+++++++
