Shocking Customer Service - Not able to cope with missing items

In truth, if I had received all the items in full my review would be very different as the quality of items was very good with speedy delivery. Unfortunately I had a missing item which was key to installing the toilet and cistern. When you call their customer service it connects but you are then on hold for ages (20 mins). Nice way of generating income. After several calls and failed attempts to resolve the problem I asked for my money back. I duly returned the items, but they didn't check the items in and I had to wait a week for the money to be refunded. I would not recommend using this company
