Of our 4-continent, 18-day trip, our 2 day excursion with Your Egypt Tours was our FAVORITE memory! Our tour guide & driver for Cairo & Alexandria were a wealth of information, funny and a joy to be with! We were treated like royalty everywhere we went. The sites and restaurants were amazing and exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend Your Egypt Tours for safety & expertise!

We can’t thank Your Egypt Tours enough for the trip of a lifetime. They custom made the tour to our specifications and the service was incomparable to the other providers we approached, and their cost was also the best. We had a representative from the company with us at all time who made travel not only safe, but with ease, without it feeling overbearing. Every day we just showed up and marveled at what Egypt had to offer. The guides were very knowledgeable and the customer service we received from all their service providers was world class and everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. We always felt safe and well taken care of. The accommodation was wonderful and always clean. The food…oh my the food. The Egyptian food was delicious and flavorful and despite warnings, we never got sick, in fact we came back a bit heavier from this trip than we started.

We had booked a 4-day private tour through YET: Pyramids, boat trip on the Nile, White and Black Desert with overnight stay in a tent and Cairo with all its sights. From my first email inquiry I felt I was in good hands; Mona was always helpful in making all my adjustments to the tour tailored to us. We were warmly welcomed at the airport by Mr. Peter (and accompanied back there at the end of our trip). He was a great and valuable help with the visa and entry papers. The rest of the time we were accompanied by Mohammed, the driver (believe me, you need a driver in Cairo) and Menna, the Egyptologist. They were always friendly and courteous and kept surprising us with little things. We felt completely looked after and safe, no matter what we were doing, we always had someone to talk to and were therefore able to enjoy our time and relax. The information and insider tips we received were extensive and detailed. Our vacation was private and exclusive, we couldn't have imagined it any better. Thank you very much for the nice conversations and the courtesy, we would love to come back next time, it was simply fantastic. Egypt is a beautiful country with friendly people and YET is a thoroughly reputable travel agency that I can recommend to anyone without a second thought.

Our trip was educational, inspirational, and imminently enjoyable. We saw so much, and learned even more. Our Egyptologist guides not only knew all the cultural and history, but also all the best ways to see the sites and evade the crowds, as much as is possible. On top of that, they were open, friendly, and just plain great company. We shall miss them as much as anything.

We saw numerous ancient sites, toured Coptic Cairo and mosques, cruised the Nile from Luxor to Aswan and even slept overnight in the desert.

My brother and I had a fantastic tour with Your Egypt Tours. This was the 3rd time I have used YET and have found them to be absolutely outstanding. Ash, Menha, Peter, & Johnny are extremely professional and friendly. Ash is extremely knowledgeable and provides services in Upper Egypt. While Menha & Peter handle Lower Egypt & Cairo. Our 4-day Nile cruise was nothing short of magical, and much of that was thanks to our amazing guide, Ash with Your Egypt Tours. From the moment the journey began, it was clear that Ash was not only highly knowledgeable about Egyptian history but also incredibly passionate. The views were amazing. I took so many photos. I loved the guides that were assigned to during my tour, very knowledgeable and willing to answer any question I asked. I felt very safe in Egypt and there was nothing to fear. I would definitely recommend going to visit the country.

Our group of seven, embarked on an extraordinary adventure with "Your Egypt Tours" on the 20th of April, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we were picked up promptly at 8:00 AM, to the final drop-off at our hotel at 7:00 PM, every moment was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed.

Iman, our exceptional Egyptologist and Tour Leader, captivated us with her deep knowledge and passion for Egyptian history. Her insightful explanations at the Giza Pyramids area provided us with a profound understanding of the ancient wonders we were about to explore. Throughout the day, she ensured that each stop on our itinerary, from the Great Pyramid burial chamber to the Sphinx Area, was not just a visit, but an enriching experience filled with historical context and cultural significance.

Safety was paramount at every stage of our journey, and we felt completely at ease thanks to the expert guidance of Iman and the attentive care of our tour chauffeur, Ahmed. The itinerary, meticulously crafted by the team, allowed us to immerse ourselves fully in Egypt's treasures, from the awe-inspiring Giza Pyramids to the fascinating exhibits at the GEM museum.

Special mention must be made of the unforgettable moments, such as riding camels at the Panorama Area and experiencing the exhilarating Quad ride in the pyramid's backside area. Need to mention here that we felt very safe due to the fact that Peter, our Tour Agent, took care of anything we needed during our adventurous Camel & Quad rides.

Egypt's best - are her people; more so than monuments. At YET, the people of Egypt came through, for a trip we planned, spanning 3 families. We were demanding customers. One of us had visited Egypt multiple times in the past, and was seeking to go deep into a few sites, while not sacrificing broad coverage for the other members. Ahmed, with his team of guides and drivers, were patient as we explored what was possible, through a couple of months of iterating on the itinerary.

Once the tour started, the team was always available, approachable, and responsive. The guides my family got - Robert, Peter, Tark - shone with sincerity and dedication, and 24x7 'can do', though they must suffer idiosyncratic tourists month after month. It was our pleasure to see, through them, not only the antiquities, but also the contemporary Egypt of hopes, despairs and joys.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Thank you YET for an incredible, memorable journey. Nov 3-11. After much research we booked with YET and were immediately contacted by Ahmed our trip coordinator. He was prompt in responding to multiple questions both through email and phone and when we were a bit ambivalent about taking the trip due to the war in Gaza and Israel he reassured us every precaution would be taken to insure our safety should anything occur in Egypt. We, family of 3, felt very well prepared before leaving for our trip due to the detailed information we received from Ahmed. We were reassured through out this trip, that YET was there to meet our needs and expectations. Not once did we have to wait for any of our drivers or guides, ever. Perfect.
We have done a lot of travel and I lived overseas my whole life so I do not bestowed these compliments without having a lot to compare to......
From the moment we arrived in Cairo and were met by Ahmed (different than previously mentioned Ahmed) at the airport I knew we were in for a fabulous time. Ahmed was welcoming, very friendly yet professional. He briefed us on our time in Cairo, gave us our pick up time for the morning and a description of activities. Again assuring us we can make changes to suit our needs. We were always well informed of times and the people who would meet us each day. Side note: upon returning to Cairo at 11:00pm at the end of our trip, Ahmed was at the airport to meet us even though we were staying on site overnight at the airport hotel. We tried to insist he not need to given it was so late and we were quite comfortable managing on our own but there he was. Yet takes their commitments very seriously.
Our hotel was gorgeous, the Sofitel Cairo Nile El Geziah. Our room over looked the river and the city.
We met our fabulous Cairo guide the next morning, Taha, along with our driver. Taha was the perfect match for us (love you Taha). He was articulate, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, making every site interesting, he was extremely patient and had a great sense of humor. We felt so blessed to have him as our guide. He should run for President, everywhere we went he was greeted by all sorts of people.
Taha was gracious when I made a last minute requests to go to the Tent Makers of Cairo, he made it happen and it was a fun adventure riding narrow streets in a Tuk, Tuk.
We had a wonderful time visiting all the sites in Giza, Saqqara, Memphis and the Citadel, Coptic Church and though we went to the Bazaar we weren't really that interested in spending much time there but sat and enjoyed a drink and took in the ambiance.
We were sorry to say goodbye to Taha but off we flew to Luxor to board our fabulous river cruise on the MS Mayfair and another several days of wonder and amazement.
We were met in Luxor by our guide for the next 5 days, Essam (love you too). Again, can't say enough wonderful things about our time with him. He amazed us with his knowledge and patience, especially with the million questions I pelted him with. He was wonderful when asked to adjust our schedule for two of the sites. Luxor Temple and Valley of the Kings.
Essam's commentary was always interesting and engaging.
When docked in Aswan, Essam offered us an option to visit the Nuban Village when we had a free afternoon. It was about a 30 min boat ride returning in the dark. The ride up the Nile and back was so beautiful and the village a fun culturally different thing to experience. Great suggestion.
We flew to Abul Simble for 1/2 a day and again everything went as smoothly as possible due to the coordination of YET. Met at the airport, driven to the site, wonderful guide and back again to Aswan and f boat the MS Mayfair. I will review in length on their site-briefly though- I am sure there are plenty of fabulous boats cruising the Nile but I would think It hard to find a crew/staff that is more accommodating, welcoming and gracious. We were treated liked kings and a queen. There are not enough superlatives to bestow on the MS Mayfair and staff.
The temples and sites we visited, Karnak, Luxor, Valley of the Kings (tombs were mind-blowing) Edfu, Temple of Horas, cracked Odalisque, Philae and the High Dam all met our expectations and most surpassed what we imagined.
Thank you YET for making this truly a trip of a life time. We hope to return someday and I wouldn't look any further than YET to handle the trip.

Our family of 5 will never forget this trip! Ahmed (our tour coordinator) helped organize an incredible experience for us including Egypt and Jordan. Every detail was accounted for and all our requests, including last minute changes, were honored. Our guides were very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating, even stopping twice for sugar cane juice to meet our cravings. 😊 All in all, a fabulous adventure that was well executed. I would highly recommend this tour operator to check off this part of the world off your bucket list!

I really appreciate the care the company showed. Our family of four never had to worry about anything during the whole trip. Our trip coordinator (Ahmed) and guides(Hasan and Nadia) thought of everything and took care of it. They always picked us up from our hotels, never a minute late, comfortable and professional transportation, enjoy able itinerary. What can I say, we really had the best experience we could ask for. They kept every promise they made- top class ship for the cruise, all the sights we wanted to see. We asked for extra experiences, such as Felucca ride on the Nile, Camel ride at the Pyramids, etc. Ahmed, Nadia, Hasan and Peter accommodated all our requests. We really and sincerely thank all of them.

Our tour guide, Ahmed and Egyptologist, Mahmoud were both outstanding. Ahmed is friendly, punctual, articulate and super helpful. When our 5-star a la carte Dinner Cruise turned out to be a 3-star buffet, he apologized and refunded us and explained they usually work with better cruise lines, but since we booked sort of last minute this is all that was available. The refund was totally unexpected and we greatly appreciated it and were able to use those funds for an increased tip. Mahmoud is theatrical and has such a passion for his country and all it has to offer. His flare for drama made the story-telling and sight-seeing even more exciting. We are so happy to have had these two gentlemen. Only critiques we have are that the restaurant with the view of the pyramids is really just for the view—sadly, the food was not good. Also, as avid non-smokers, please consider smoking less throughout the tours. Our hotel, the Kempinski was awesome (loved the jazz bar — minus the smoke) and the stand-out food of the trip was the koshari. Wow!!! We actually found some in NYC, we liked it so much. We were fascinated by the pyramids and could have spent even more time there walking around each one. The Egyptian Museum and seeing the Holy Family’s Egyptian hideaway in the Coptic area were definite highlights! This trip was so very special to us. We were a group of two people, wanting to travel at a slow pace and sometimes visit less usual places, like a particular small city or museum.
Mona, who was our online contact, was very responsive, always patient and constructive, and made a very realistic tailor-made itinerary. She was also able to obtain a huge and wonderful hotel suite for us, so we were more than satisfied everywhere.
This is also due to Mr Ahmed, who accompanied us to and from Port Said and was very dedicated and attentive to every detail. We will surely ask to enjoy his companionship again if we return to Egypt, what we hope.
The driver, who was with us every day (9 in total) was driving smoothly and carefully, and he always remained calm in the traffic. The van was really comfortable, recent and very clean, the temperature was precisely adapted, we felt safe and VIP.
Mr Ahmed Ali, Egyptologist, was with us in Alexandria and Cairo. Well-informed and always keen to inform you without drowning you with too much information, he adapts himself to your level of knowledge and gives value to your questions and remarks. He also made researches for us, for instance to find an address of a specific bookstore. We particularly enjoyed his inside knowledge of all the sites: he is full with brilliant ideas to take out-of-the-box pictures, and also knows exactly when to take pictures of you. So we ended up with great photos that we could never have taken without him. It was a real asset.
We really experienced a team dedicated to make us feel important, and who took great care of us all the time.

I took a two day private tour of Cairo with Your Egypt Tours. I highly recommend the tour as I had a great experience and loved my time in Cairo. From my initial inquiry of tours, Your Egypt Tours was very prompt and specific when answering my questions and planning my requested itinerary. My guide, Ahmed Ali, was very knowledgeable on all sites visited and answered all my questions confidently. As a female solo traveler it was important to me that I felt comfortable and safe through the duration of the trip and Your Egypt Tours exceeded my expectations. I was accompanied from the moment I stepped off the plane until the moment I re-entered security at the airport when leaving. With the private tour, Mr. Ali accompanied me to all sights I wished to see, as well as navigating the streets of Cairo to get coffee and/or food. I felt I had a great experience to not only see the main attractions of Cairo, but to also experience the culture of the city. I was also very happy with Mr. Ali’s willingness to take many photos and confirm I had enough time to enjoy the site before moving onto the next. Wow! We just wrapped up an incredible 2 day visit to Cairo with Your Egypt Tours. This was my partner and I’s first visit to Egypt and we can’t say enough great things about our experience. From start to finish they took care of all of the details of our trip. Mona helped us to select the right itinerary for our short stay in Cairo and was clear, timely, and professional in all of her communication. We were picked up from the airport, guided through the visa and customs process, and rode in a lovely private van to our hotel with the help of Ahmed. Driving in Cairo is no easy feat and our driver Raf made us feel incredibly comfortable. We chose to visit the pyramids our first day and check out Cairo, the Khan el Khalili bazaar, and the Egyptian museum on our second day. Our guide, Mamdouh, was truly incredible. His knowledge, fun attitude, and professionalism made our experience so memorable. He is also a great photographer! Every detail of each day was taken care of including coordinating entrance fees, identifying which local vendors were reputable, and giving us a chance to learn more about the Egyptian culture. Every person we interacted with in the tour group is so welcoming and made us look forward to our next visit to Egypt.
