I’d highly recommend Vertigo who recently helped us move house. They did a fantastic job of moving the entire contents of our 7 bedroom house from large furniture items down to small fragile items. The team worked very efficiently and did so with a smile from start to finish. What we loved the most was their efforts to make everything possible and take the stress away from us. They went above and beyond and happily dealt with unexpected things which came up along the way. Without a doubt, Vertigo are one of the best moving companies we’ve ever used (and we’ve used a lot!) and we will 100% use them again. You can rest assured that you’ll be properly looked after with these guys.

A great team of movers who appreciated how stressful it can moving and watching your possessions being packed up. They took the time to listen and while working efficiently, never seemed to be rushing the job. They worked diligently and always with a smile.

My experience was great because the whole move felt stress free. The team arrived the day before to pre-pack over half the house. They arrived on time the day of the move. Nothing was lost or broken. The staff were very helpful and honest. It made the process of moving very smooth.

They were really helpful in the run up to my move and turned up on time the day of the move. The moving team were respectful, quick and helpful throughout the day. I was originally a bit usure about going with Vertigo as their quote appeared quite complex but I’m glad I did. The team were very efficient and also very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and on a very busy/stressful day, they made it all happen very smoothly. Thanks to the removal team and Valentina in the office for a very smooth process.

We used Vertigo when we moved out of London. They had been recommended by a friend and we were so glad we had followed their advice. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and very quick in all phases of our move, from the quote and planning to the boxing process up to delivery. They have been flexible and worked around our needs. We used Vertigo Transport to move house in West London twice. First time in 2021 and the second time 6 weeks ago. They are very reliable as the same people on the team and cost did not massively go up compared to other movers. Also, Vertigo gave us a discount for repeat business.

Excellent experience. Niko and the team made our move completely stress-free. They were very efficient and took control of the whole process (we also opted for their packing service). They were also very nice and I enjoyed their company. Highly recommend.

The team was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the move as stress-free as possible for me. I was concerned that some of my furniture would be difficult to dis/re-assemble, or move through the tight stairway of my new house, but the team just assured me to leave it to them. They were very careful with my antique furniture as well. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Everyone at Vertigo transport from start to finish were just amazing - Yasmina when we booked - the wonderful Yorden who packed our stuff - and the brilliant team led by the effervescent Nico who moved us with skill, intelligence, and lots of hard work. They stayed until uber late (11pm at our new address) but did not shirk one thing, everything was finished and put in its correct place, and all beds and furniture reconstructed as promised. The crew were so nice too, we had a lot of laughs with them. They were professional and conscientious, and Yasmina always on hand in the run up to answer queries and reassure us. Cannot recommend highly enough!!Thank you Vertigo!!!

We have used their services for years, and there’s a reason for that! From the very first interaction, they provided us with a personalized, high-end service. All our needs are met, and we know our belongings are in the best hands. They manage my precious piano and all our possessions with love and care as if they were their own. I even sent a private message expressing how spectacular the removal process was and how well taken care of we felt!

Professional, polite. great service

Honestly, it was the best moving experience we've had and we were extremely grateful to Valentina and the team for how they all were before and on the day in terms of politeness, friendliness, and the service provided.

I had quotes from 3 different companies - Vertigo were by far the most enjoyable to engage with and offered the most comprehensive service/cost breakdown. We really felt that they were worth the money (which wasn't 'more expensive' than others). They really helped to alleviate the stress of a move day!

I can’t praise these guys enough. Vertigo Transport carried out my move from London to Surrey smoothly, efficiently and without fuss. They get on with the job - no wise cracks, no endless demands for tea. Friendly and courteous at all times. Any problems, just ask Yasmina at the office. Probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Niko and his team did an amazing job packing our things and moving them into our new property. They were overly helpful with everything and made moving with a 5 week old much less stressful than it should be. From the quick communication from Boban till end great service.
