Not good delivery time

Ordered Thule item last Friday morning .website stated parts sent out same day, That's a Joke..after 4 days I emailed them to be informed its just been sent out today, So today SEVEN DAYS after the order item still not here and nowhere positive on tracking to U.K. I would advise anyone wanting parts in a more reasonable time to order elsewhere as this company do not live up to what they say !!!

Good price of course. Then quick, efficient delivery, no fuss, no problems.
I bought a well known quality product of a well-established brand, so that was no difficult either, and gave no surprises on delivery.
So why buy much more dearly with much less choices at a local store for a higher price?

Varerum does not respond to my emails. I can not activate guarantee.

I ordered a bicycle support, a thule Proride 591 from Varerum.dk, but have not received the invoice.
After i received the package, i found that the support is not working properly.
Have sent several emails requesting invoice and question how the warranty process works but still unanswered, which is absolutely unacceptable. I really don't understand why no one reply my emails.
Now i have a defective support and no invoice.

Delivered wrong type of bike carrier

Email sent 24.09.2013 to "salg@varerum.dk":

I received today ordered bike carrier. I ordered type “Thule EuroRide 943”, but delivered equipment is unfortunately type “Thule 973” as you can see from attached picture.

I also ordered “Gummiremme til alle HangOn og Xpress cykelholdere.”, this part of order 100049915 is ok, those were packed inside 973 packet.

How we should act with faulty Thule returning and correct one sending? Could you please advise.
