It's a Scam - They will steal your money

Canceled my order due to a tv not being in stock (while the website mentioned that it was). They told me that my refund would be done in 5 business days. Today it has been exactly two months and I haven't received my money back.. I've tried both e-mail and phone contact but nobody seems to be able to help.. I think my money is gone..

Cancelled order, poor communication & long wait for refund

Ordered an LG OLED on February 13th for delivery on 16th February. On the 16th I had not received any email from TV Reus so I contacted them by phone. I was told that the order could not be fulfilled on this day and they would look to deliver at a later date.

I refused this and requested a full refund on Thursday 16th February, I was told the refund would be made on Friday 17th so I waited. One week passed and I began to chase them regarding my refund, I was told that the refund was never made and again it would be made on Friday 24th February.

I called the following Monday to again be told that the refund was never made. I asked to speak to a manager or to escalate the case but this wasn’t an option, at this point I was worried for the refund ever being made.

I continued to call daily and it was only when I finally threatened to seek legal advice was I sent evidence of a refund on 6th March.

Once again I waited a week without receiving the money before calling again, I was told there was an issue with the payment gateway which was waiting to be resolved. Finally, on 16th March I received a full refund.

I don’t believe the company intentionally intended to withhold any refund, however the lack of communication and clear response to my questions was deeply worrying so I really would not advise dealing with them.

Order made 2 weeks ago, still not delivered

TV ordered on the 25th of November (for black friday), still no delivery date is sight. Called multiple times, emailed but still no delivery date confirmation (obviously on their site it says next day delivery). Offered to refund me, but that's why I waited for black friday, so that's not an acceptable option

Great price, trustworthy and good service.

Quick delivery at the best price

Hi been looking for a new TV for my PS5, I have my eye on a LG C1 for some time, I found it at TvReus at an excellent price could not find a lower price in Belgium. I order one day before next day I have it delivered. The delivery girl was quite helpful alway taking the Covid19 measures into account.

Very good price and very fast delivery

Very good price and very fast delivery. Only remark is that the model is not made for the dutch market. It is the same model but the model number differs slightly because it was Made for another region. Hardware and firmware is the same, but that is the reason why the price is so good!
The website adverts with OLED55C16LA but the OLED55C11LB has been delivered.
Very happy with the TV, but I prefered to have the information up front.

Excellent service, quick and cheaper.

I ordered a tv at 5pm and a fantastic delivery girl delivered it at 3pm the next day. I was called before so I had time to get home. Because I read bad reviews over this webshop I ordered it under rembours. Rembours is not needed because the service is excellent. In all a perfect webshop who is cheaper than the rest. Keep it up TV REUS 😀

TV Arrived Broken, and they incentivise positive reviews for an HDMI Cable.

My 55" 4K OLED arrived broken, with a horizontal crack through the middle of the screen. I thought no sweat, I'm sure they'll take care of it as it was clearly the result of transit damage (I suspected it had been transported flat or fallen over at some point in its journey).

Wrong.

TV Reus picked it up and took it for "Control", where their oafs working in their warehouse determined that I had "attempted to mount it on the wall" and that I had damaged it in the process. I never did such thing yet they proceeded to send me a photo of one of the (immaculate) wall mounting holes, insisting that this proves their claim.

After almost a month of back and fourth, they continued to maintain the position it was my fault, and delivered the TV back to me with the threat of now I must pay the control costs (50 Euros). When I asked for evidence that the people assessing the TV were relevantly qualified to make the assessment, they defaulted back to blaming me and saying it's none of my business to question them.

When my TV was redelivered back to me, it was laying down on its side in the van, having clearly fallen over. When the delivery driver opened the back of the van, to my horror (and slight amusement), 8 other TVs had fallen over and were being driving around almost flat on their sides. Televisions of this nature should not be transported on their side, as they are prone to cracking under the weight of their own panel (as mine did). This is particularly true for larger and OLED panels, especially now with such minimal structural support with small bezels. I felt sorry for whoever was about to receive the 75" OLED I saw laying on its side, as I'm sure they were about to meet the same fate as I did.

I have the entire re-delivery documented, showing my TV, along with all the others, being mishandled and proof they were being transported on their side // falling over in transit. Alas, TV Reus refused to budge.

Avoid this crowd all costs, or order on a credit card with purchase protection. They only have positive reviews because smaller/less expensive TVs can take more of a beating in transit, and they incentivise positive reviews on the promise of a free HDMI cable.

Ik dacht: geen probleem, ze zullen er wel voor zorgen, want het was duidelijk het gevolg van transportschade (ik vermoedde dat het plat was vervoerd of op een bepaald punt tijdens de reis was omgevallen).

Fout.

TV Reus haalde het toestel op en bracht het naar "Controle", waar hun sukkels in hun magazijn vaststelden dat ik "geprobeerd had het aan de muur te bevestigen" en dat ik het toestel daarbij beschadigd had. Dat had ik nooit gedaan, maar zij stuurden mij een foto van een van de (onberispelijke) bevestigingsgaten, en beweerden dat dit hun bewering bewees.

Na bijna een maand van heen en weer gepraat, bleven ze bij hun standpunt dat het mijn fout was, en leverden ze de TV terug aan mij met de dreiging dat ik nu de controlekosten (50 euro) moest betalen. Toen ik vroeg om bewijs dat de mensen die de TV beoordeelden relevant gekwalificeerd waren om de beoordeling te maken, gaven ze mij weer de schuld en zeiden ze dat het niet mijn zaak was om hen in twijfel te trekken.

Toen mijn TV weer bij mij werd afgeleverd, lag hij op zijn zij in de bestelwagen, duidelijk omgevallen. Toen de bezorger de achterkant van de bestelwagen opende, waren er tot mijn ontzetting (en lichte amusement) nog 8 andere TV's omgevallen en bijna plat op hun zij rondgereden. Televisies van deze aard mogen niet op hun kant worden vervoerd, omdat ze gemakkelijk scheuren onder het gewicht van hun eigen paneel (zoals de mijne deed). Dit geldt vooral voor grotere en OLED panelen, vooral nu met zo'n minimale structurele ondersteuning met kleine bezels. Ik had medelijden met degene die op het punt stond de 75" OLED te ontvangen die ik op zijn kant zag liggen, want ik ben er zeker van dat hen hetzelfde lot te wachten stond als mij.

Ik heb het hele re-delivery documente, waaruit blijkt dat mijn TV, samen met alle andere, verkeerd werden behandeld en bewijs dat ze werden vervoerd op hun kant // omvallen tijdens het transport. Helaas, TV Reus weigerde toe te geven.

Vermijd deze menigte ten koste van alles, of bestel met een creditcard met aankoopbescherming. Ze hebben alleen positieve recensies omdat kleinere/goedkopere TV's meer klappen kunnen opvangen tijdens het transport, en ze stimuleren positieve recensies met de belofte van een gratis HDMI-kabel.
