Contacted twice by email and still no answer about the return process/label for buyers from other countries than Germany.
First request was sent on 09/09, no answer.
Second request sent on 13/09, no answer.
I sent a new email again today, 18/09. I'll be contacting PayPal to resolve this soon...
UPDATE 01/10: Started a claim on PayPal on Friday 20/09 in the evening and got a return label on Monday 23/09 in the morning. I sent the order back on the 25th and it was received on the 27th. We'll see how it goes now
UPDATE 02/10: Refund received
I ordered a Makita BO3711J sander and some sandpaper, the items were all displayed as 'in stock'.
I kept receiving 'delayed shipment' notifications for a week, so I sent them an email asking them to either ship the items or give me a refund.
Never got an answer, also their online form refuses my details, and their telephone hangs up straight away.
Definitely not an experience I would recommend

i received a defective product, in my Order number: 1176424, Order date: 10.03.2024 21:20:00.
they do not have a phone number support,
and they have yet replied to any of my emails.
As a seller online myself, i think that a customer shouldn't wait more than 48 hours max for a respond from any store online, certainly not in these cases!
the product is quite expensive bosch miter saw, and since i need this product urgently, and have yet received any reply to any of my emails, I have searched and found the way to print a return label for the order in the website, However, after packing the product again, and trying to ship it in of the GLS service points in my city, they said that the barcode cannot be scanned, and the number on it cannot be use.
So, if in these cases you cannot have a quick respond from the store and need to wait such a long time until you receive a replacement or a refund, i certainly wouldn't recommend you purchasing in this store.
and that assuming that they will eventually handle with it, because
as of today, Mar-21-2024, they haven't dealt with mine,
and I have yet to receive any response from them.

Problem 1)
You put the 6-pack box picture of this product on the site.
That is why I ordered with the idea of 1 unit equals to 1 pack.
I orders 25 units and realized that it is not 25x6 pack. It was just 25 units of the main product.
Problem 2) you sent me an e-mail which tells that you divided my order to two orders. Because they are coming from different warehouses. Then I received the order information of only 10 units of them. I also got the invoice of 10 units, even though I paid for 25 of them. I sent you an email, which is asking about the rest of the units(15) which I already paid and never got a delivery information mail. And never got the invoice of this 15 units.
Because of problem 1 I will make return of all this products when I get all of them. If these 15 units havent been shipped. You can cancel the sipment and make my return automatically.
On 20 November I ordered a vacuum cleaner. By 23 November they had not sent it and I wanted to add another item to my order so I made another order and asked them to cancel the first one.
They saw my request, they replied to my request, but I did not see the order cancelled in my account.
On 24 November I contacted them again to ask them to confirm they are cancelling the order. They did not reply to the second request.
In 25 November they dispatched the order that I had asked twice to cancel.
What is wrong with their comprehension?
Now I asked that they cancel the second order instead but I do not have much confidence that they are going to do that.
The order is via Manomano platform so it could not have been ambiguous. I specifically sent the message as a cancellation request.
