After learning about my recent problems, which were basically caused by too many departments getting involved and not communicating properly, the service team in Huddersfield have done an excellent job to swiftly rectify all the difficulties encountered. Would still hope that the inconvenience caused by the new policy of not providing collection and return for servicing can be reviewed.

Initially responded to an advert on Autotrader for an EQA 23 plate. Spoke to the sales rep who informed me the car wasn't actually on site but had been purchased by the branch and would be on site to view later that week. Im based up north and the branch was is obviously based in Huddersfield just over a 2 hour drive away. I negotiated a deal for my part ex over the next couple of days didn't want a wated journey. Car was delivered to the dealership on the Thursday of that week, sales rep informed me he would have it serviced and fully prepared for me to view on the Friday. I arranged to view the next day, I drove down to the dealership site after work. Just over 2 hours 15 mins, and was Met the sales rep when i arrived. Car was in the showroom and to be honest looked amazing. I gave it a quick check, picked up the front tyres were low but was told that they wouldn't replace as they were over the 3mm that Stratstone guidelines. i did ask if they could change but again the sales rep was adamant they wouldn't change. Took the car out for a test drive all good, on return signed and paid for the vehicle. Drove the car home and noticed that there was a couple of small issues with the vehicle it had a badly repaired chip that had been toched in with the wrong colour paint, a boiled sweet stuck in the cigarette lighter connection. It obviously hadn't been prepped correctly and these items although might be small but to me i was spending a substantial amount of money and these should have been right. now nearly 5 weeks after the sale I'm still waiting for the correct touch in pen to repair the chip, I'm also still waiting for the log book, chased up with the dealership but they are not very responsive. Very happy to take the money for the vehicle but not very responsive in resolving issues.
