Very professional sales experience and the trade in was easy . The car was priced very competitively amongst others too. Matthew did a great job and well go back for our next car .

Review of Jet2holidays
Don’t go to Baja Sardinia . Went to Sardinia and the place we stayed was very quiet . No convenience stores and just a few expensive but low quality restaurants . There weren’t even any foot paths . Place was like the Village in ‘The Prisoner’ 60s cult TV program . Transport in Sardinia is poor anyway, but In September the public transport is almost gone and taxis if you can get them are a rip off €50 for a 10 min trip. Even leaving the place the Jet2 check in is a separate building away from the drop off then there is nobody to guide you to the Non-Euro passport check desk , awful, we like many others nearly missed then plane home . DO NOT GO! I’d rather go Portmeirion.

I was emailed the day before with a delivery time and date , I had an option to change if I actually wanted to which is always good. Anyway on the day I could track via the link sent on the email with live updates of delivery drivers location and estimated time of arrival. 45 mins prior to delivery I was messaged . The delivery was received and taken upstairs , all checked . Great job and thanks Jass and Rajvir . Great Comms and service Thank you!!!

Review of TUI
All good but not being able to change a flights booking after 1 days seems a bit harsh like EasyJet or / Ryan Air . Maybe a loss of say 10% deposit and maybe a credit back to your Tui account for the balance would be better . But total loss if you have to cancel is bad form even when the flight is over 3 months away and it's fully booked ??
