No customer service!
I use this company's app called "Pepper". They advertised 15x points for instacart purchases so I purchased the instacart gift card there. But instead of 15x points I got 3x points. I've been trying to get this resolved ever since. It's been 10 DAYS and THREE emails to their customer service that I'm trying to contact them, plus an email through their Facebook page, and still ZERO RESPONSE from them. Basically, they have terrible customer service team.
