Shedrite Sheds 

Shed delivery date postponed twice. I had to rearrange date as one not forthcoming from Shedrite. Final straw their IT system crashed and they lost all their records. Said I had to go to the back of the queue. My credit card company got my money back as the promised refund never materialised.

So you say you're wife's new business is nothing to do with shedrite. Do you think you're customers are stupid. Don't insult the general public who paid money in good faith to shedrite.

Shedrite Can only say what a thieving company they are dont care about customers and lied to me this morning

Shedrite sheds are nothing more than con men. Any excuse to not supply the ordered item and you won't get it. I currently have my bank attempting to get my money back after they said they would refund me more than two months ago. Caution, DO NOT spend money with them they are just thieves. Probably don't even have any wood in stock let alone sheds. I wouldn't even have given them one star but there was no option. My next step is to go to the small claims court to get my money back. You have been warned.

Bought a 8’ x 6’ display model from Downtown Grantham. All in price including erecting - must have base prepared. Arrived and erected very promptly. Small issue as roofing felt torn but Shedrite immediately resolved by sending a team out to re felt whole roof.
Over all very good service and would recommend.

Waited for months ,given delivery dates and never arrived . In the end got money back from credit card which took 8 weeks
Ordered Marcian Summerhouse snd got in 1 week

Never received shed after after 16 weeks !!! Went to my bank got money back. Shocking company

Shedrite has not stopped trading like they say I've been in contact with company house today and they told me they are still trading with no flags up so Shedrite/knc or whoever you call yourself give me my money back

How can I give a review on something that never arrived and since had no contact regarding a refund! Enough said

My experiences are identical to others. I too accepted a second delivery date of the 1st July and of course there was no delivery. No response to emails or phone calls.
However I note the number of customers who were promised a delivery on the 1st July. How were they ever going to do all those on one day, probably spread around the country.

Fraud team are getting so much evidence daily

All your customers are seeing how you really are and it's great that you use vulgar language for everyone to see how professional and the integity you demonstrate ect and sometimes the truth is the truth and this is the truth...and I told you while I was working there isnt how we conduct ourselves...and cant really be a backstabber when I told u what would happen..you decided this route ..and only you ...I did tell you this.. nobody is listening...youd be very surprised..

I look.in the mirror everyday and see integrity and honesty.. as for someone who's says they are cipd trained in HR...really...not a clue.

Like so many others it seems I've been duped by these shysters.

I ordered a shed from Shedrite back in November 2021, My first deliver slot was 3rd March 2022 though this was cancelled a few days before due to "the ongoing shortages of raw materials". It took a couple of phone calls but I eventually got a new delivery date of 3rd May 2022.

Late in the afternoon of that day I still hadn't received any communication regarding delivery so I called Shedrite to be told they'd suffered "IT issues" which meant that they couldn't process any orders. I was asked to email my original order details and wait for another delivery slot.

Looking back I think these "IT issues" were another smokescreen designed to fob off customers. Gullibly I accepted a new delivery date of 1st July 2022...

...which of course came and went with no sign of a delivery. Shedrite now ignore phone calls and have removed the web chat function from their web site (which isn't a great loss - it was pretty useless at the best of times with its empty promises to get back to me with information).

I realise it's only a small chance that someone from Shedrite is reading these comments, but if there is could you please tell me if this is how you always planned to run a business or did you set out with good intentions and just turn bad somewhere along the way? Do you feel that you're above the law? Is there a single shred of decency between you?

Fraud company. They have taken full payment of £1110 for a shed ordered in March and yesterday they have told the company is not trading but the website is working and they are taking new orders. Police should visit them for fraud.

I called Shedrite this lunchtime, and spoke to the lady I originally paid the order to.
She said she would find out what the status of my order and would Email me.
A short while later I received an Email to say that the company had ceased trading and has no money, and Carl has no money to employ Liquidators ect ect ect.
This was dated 5th July 2022.

Update: are you now trading as sheds West Midlands? Your Shedrite Facebook page has just changed names?? Advertising 3 days ago and offering % off?? Thought you were starting back up as KNC??

Ordered a studio and paid up in full. Delivery was due 24th June. When they didn’t show, I tried to call but no response, so I emailed them and got a weird response as though they didn’t even know it should have been delivered. Following some research, and looking at the reviews on here I discovered there are plenty of other people been waiting for months and months.

IT issues that have been going on for months, loss of diary or any other excuse is to just cover up for what they are really doing.

All I can say is do not wait for your shed to be delivered. Make every effort to get your money back NOW.

Apparently, following a conversation with Carl this afternoon, they have ceased selling on Shedrite website today!!!!!

I have been waiting over six months for a shed, and every time I speak to someone they give me some excuse why my shed has not been delivered plus this company has taken the money out of my account.

I am in the same boat. Ordered last July 2021, 3 missed deliveries - canceled for refund Feb 2022 and told 30 days, 130 days later after multiple chases and being fobbed off still out of pocket almost £1k - what can we do????

Update ::: Don’t be fooled they will give you a sob story but 20 minutes later still trading and changing numbers again … As my posts keep getting flagged as Shedrite know I’m onto them .. please all report to action fraud police they are building a strong case .. I’ve provided them with the pictures I have of them signing new premises , addresses and contacts .. only way to take them down is all pull together and keep doing reviews and sharing on fb and insta

shedrite website is still active but no payment can be taken on there so id check your facts before accusing , knc garden rooms are a different company to shedrite and why do you keep posting under customer , embarrased im guessing on the way you are treating us , get it through shedrite have ceased trading the directors and staff dont have your money , knc garden rooms are a new company new staff new owner new address new numbers no money taken from shedrite as they didnt have any , knc was set up from scratch , shedrite owe the money not the staff not the the current director either , have you also been harrassing the ex director who left us to deal with the fallout he also caused his name is also on companies house , the company shedrite owe you the money who have ceased trading , you will need to go through the liquidators to
try and get it back , harrassing and abusing online is not gonna change the situation so how about you just give it a rest and wait for us to contact you with the liquidators information Enzo

Stop the blame culture and own it . You are the existing directors and responsible for continuing to advertise and take orders and payments , not the previous director .

12 years too long in my opinion and you shouldn’t be allowed to open under new names especially when all related . Fleecing more honest customers is just down right Shocking behaviour and definitely not someone or a company who can be trusted.!
I find your responses to my messages extremely flippant , to actually say Shedrite has my money , well wasn’t you the directors ? Therefore you have pocketed my money .Your repeated denial and continued lack of ownership is quite frankly disgusting.

3rd missed delivery date on 1st july (ordered in november 2021, initial delivery date 3rd march). i have no confidence that i will ever receive and have made a claim through 'chargeback' as mine was a debit card purchase. please note that the claim has to be made within 120 days of their failure to fulfill their part of the bargain, NOT the order date. good luck everyone
