Terrible service and customer service,
Wrong order arrived and then customer service doesn’t reply either on emails or what’s app, avoid buying from them, they are scammers

Awful avoid if you need to send anything back they will just ignore you

Just took the captain armband out of the bag it is made of elastic so proceeded to put it on my arm and all the lettering started to crack instantly this was for my son has been made captain and to wait on his arm at the weekend but the quality is so poor I will not be using it 😞

I give them 5 stars because I was struggling to get big size for my son and I bought some from this shop and their sizing was so generous that my son feels comfortable wearing them.

Really pleased with quality of the sweatshirt. Would have given 5 stars but delivery was slow, was not given a delivery tracking number to check where parcel was, 9 days from order to delivery. Wouldn't normally worry but needed the sweatshirt for school.

I was looking for some slim fit, fully elasticated trousers for my son who’s on the small side, where normal high street school trousers wouldn’t fit him. The ones from School Wear United fit him absolutely perfectly and go down to 2-3 years old. I also asked if I could return them if they didn’t fit and the response from WhatsApp was like lightening and the answer was that I could return them (turns out I didn’t need to). Brilliant customer service and great range of clothes!

I was looking for a weather proof coat and trousers. I came across what appeared to be a good deal at school wear United whom I had never heard of. I ordered and received my items 2 days later. I am very impressed with the quality of the items and the excellent service. Highly recommended

Excellent range of products and the quality is really good. They are more expensive than ‘supermarket’ trousers, BUT they do feel like they will last the year, so I was happy to pay. I had next day delivery because I ordered late (only my own fault!!) and the products were sent promptly- I think they were

Ordered from this company, and expected delivery to be within the dates provided to me, only to be told delivery was delayed when I questioned the item not yet being dispatched. I wrote to this company 4 times over a week, and each time had no reply. I then received a refund, but again no communication to inform me of this. Poor communication and a shocking service!

Brilliant service been using them for four years now.

The school trousers were easy to order, select colour, size etc. there was a helpful size chart to get exactly the fit required.

Delivery was very quick. Size too big and need to incur more delivery cost to exchange so unable to use

Always have what I need great customer service.
There is never any queues straight in amd out not like other uniform shops.
