I wanted a new tv but I wasn’t sure about all the different options available. A very helpful person gave me an hour of his time which enabled me to make my choice of purchase.

The staff at Richer Sounds were extremely helpful and gave me great advice on choosing my TV however the delivery service was poor.

Great range of products at competitve prices. Order online but collect from my local store where the staff are always friendly & helpful.

Online ordering was easy. Regular emails to notify of delivery status. Product received in good condition.
Have previously bought a Denon receiver from the Leicester store and the in-house expertise and advice was very good.

I may be repeating what others have said before me, but the moment you walk into a Richer Sounds store, you genuinely feel like a king in your own little castle, that’s how well you're treated. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service anywhere else.
When you explain what you’re looking for, your preferences and your budget, you're not just sold a product, you're given thoughtful, expert advice, complete with the pros and cons of each option.
On my most recent visit, I was planning to upgrade my audio setup with a higher-end streamer (but I wasn't really sure which one to buy as 2 I have selected have had a different options important to me) and a more budget-friendly CD player. After chatting with Levi and explaining that I’d already bought a new amp and intended to use my old stereo in my home office, he suggested a different approach: go for a more affordable Cambridge streamer (which happened to be on a fantastic deal) and invest instead in a higher-end CD transport, especially since I have an extensive CD collection.
His advice made perfect sense. Not only did it suit my current needs, but it also gave me a flexible path forward. I can use the streamer in my office later and take my time choosing the perfect upgrade.

I've been on the lookout for a 55 inch TV for the living room but had no true idea what I was looking for. After speaking to staff about what I was looking to get out of my TV they made excellent suggestions as the TV I was considering was several hundred pounds more expencive.

All the staff really know their stuff and answered all my questions. The whole order process was very quick in store and I couldn't be happier with the new TV the service from start to finish has been first class.

I went to the Leicester store last Saturday to buy a projector for my Camera Club. Levi was a great help. We discussed the different options and selected the BenQ GP520. The new projector arrived on Monday morning.

I have bought my last 3 TV’s from this company. I like to go into a store and see the television I was interested in and once again the very knowledgeable Sebastian showed me the one I saw on line. I paid for it and it was delivered to my house the following day.

The whole event was relaxed and not pressurised enabling us to make an informed decision!

I was looking to upgrade to a better quality amp and speakers, after doing some research and testing in the listening room at Richer Sounds Leicester, the Marantz PM6007 and DALI Oberon 3’s are what I settled on, based on their quality and my budget. I also purchased a WiiM streamer which is excellent. I received top quality service and support from Tony, and am extremely happy with my purchase. I highly recommend the store and Tony in particular for all your electronic requirements.
