It's always good to walk into my local RS. Always greeted with a friendly smile by the team and they always try to go the extra mile for the customer. Levi, you're a good man!! If the product is not in stock, be sure that it will be delivered to you promptly.

Always a genuine bargain to be had at MandM. Goods arrive very quickly (usually next day). Been a customer for years now and have never been disappointed with this web site.

Super efficient way to send and collect parcels

Bloody rubbish bank. Steer clear. Want to transfer your own money? You will have to be on a phonecall for around 30 minutes, get asked all kind of questions and then you will be told to go to a branch. Branches, btw, are thin on the ground nowadays as most of them have closed down! You get treated like a criminal when you try and move money to another account no matter hw genuine you are. I understand that they are tryng to protect us from fraud, but their protection is so far that they will ignore any request from yourself to go ahead with the transaction!!! After nearly 25 minutes on the phone, and after being asked everything but my inside leg measurements, I have to find more time to go into a branch, which BTW is around 4 miles away from my house!! Ludicrous service. Also, this is not the first time either.

Greeted and dealt with by a very helpful member of staff. Friendly and efficient. Refreshing to receive such service nowadays. Thank you Tony for your wonderful service. Goods were not in stock, but they were delivered to my address the next day as was promised.

DPD has never let me down. The delivery guy we have is fantastic and knows what to do if we are not in.

Having ordered some patio furniture and a summerhouse 3 WEEKS AGO from this company, I was told close to the delivery date, that the summerhouse will not arrive due to problems in the manufacturing process. I had to accept this as that seemed to be out of their hands,


I insisted that I take delivery of the patio furniture well before a date when I have a garden party arranged. I was assured that the items will arrive well in time. They had TWO WEEKS to get the items to me, bearing in mind that these are off the shelf products.


Throughout these two weeks, I have been in touch with the company insisting that I received the products in time, and never have they said that the item is not in stock or undeliverable for any reason.


I am now sat here a day before the party, after being promised TWICE this week that the products will arrive yesterday, without any items. I was waiting in the hope that the furniture would be delivered yesterday and that I could have them assembled ready for tomorrow.


I now have a landscaped garden and no furniture. But all is well after a manager on the phone (Andrew) apologised and read a corporate hymn sheet to me.


If it wasn't so late in the day, I could've made other arrangements, but sometimes you live in hope that even companies like this would actually perform. If you want anything from this company and you need it by a particular date, then avoid this company. I would not recommend. Diabolical service.

FInally, I have been told (4 weeks after the order was placed) that the patio furniture that I have ordered is unavailable for whatever reason and I was asked to choose an alternative, which I refused. The Summerhouse, I have been told, is coming tomorrow.
