I was tempted to subscribe to this company when I bought my railway ticket and was refund , but what I didnt realize ; they charge you every month 18,90 €
for their promotional offers, that I never received. I was able to stop the ransom and was paid back for one month of subscription but the company continued each month to take away 18,90€ from my bank account, and they deny this and refuse to pay back. The only way to stop them is to close my bank account!! A real robber company with no legal adress in France, but is seated in switzerland under the name: Webloyalty.
Keep away from this "company", absolutely.

Everything took a long time. Besides the fact that I had reported my byings and receips, I had to phone and then to forward different emails in order to have the remboursement. It takes too long and the person (a man) to whom I tales in order to follow my remboursment, was very rude to me.
