Le meilleur, le produit, le pire la livraison
Le meilleur: l'assistance de la "commerciale" dans la définition assez complexe d'un produit "technique", une bâche à barres pour couvrir une piscine. Le produit reçu qui correspond bien à la demande.
Le pire: une logistique "catastrophique" pour la livraison du produit, par le sous-traitant fabricant, avec 1,5 mois de retard.
D'où la note moyenne de 3/5!
