Not recommend if you need to ship products outside US
They might be capable of shipping US orders but not EU orders. They are unable to print IOSS numbers on the packages for EU and wrong currency conversion for the package value results in charging extra VAT & Custom Duty from the EU customers.
Their address system is only designed for US too, they always tell you some addresses cannot be shipped even though I'm 100% sure the address is correct and complete and even able to locate clearly on Google Map, and every time you update/make changes, the system won't reflect immediately, you have to rely on the team to tell you whether the updated address is valid, and that adds another day delay.
Not recommend if you need to ship products outside US.

We discussed on multiple occasions that you would face issues with deliverability by not having any tariff codes uploaded into your product profiles and by not utilizing any form of address validation through your online store. We have full capability to ship with IOSS numbers, but managing currency conversions is something that every ecommerce business owner has to handle for their store, and is not in the control of PackYak. We regret that you didn't have a positive experience with our service, but would recommend that if you hope to have a better fulfillment experience at your next facility that you be sure to correct some of these issues. PackYak fulfillment has been a great add to my business. I sell products online using my Shopify store. Shipping was getting to be too much for my team and I so I started looking for some help.
I found PackYak and they walked me through the set up process with ease, offered me shipping rates I couldn’t find anywhere else, and they pack and ship my orders so quickly my customers are blown away!
