Excellent
The train was cheap, clean and on perfect time. Couldn’t have asked for anything better
Train Barcelona to Madrid brokedown
Train from Barcelona to Madrid broke down after 1 hour. We arrived at destination 5 hours later. Lack of communication, unorganised, several toilets closed/not working, the ones working don't even have paper nor soap. When finally another train came to "rescue" us, the guardia civil completely useless, to simply move people from one train to another took them 55 min! because they decided to move groups 1 by 1, creating extra delays....what an incompetence of all services. Finally they told us that at the station in Madrid, there will be some snacks waiting for all....lol...on arrival, they told us, would you like a snack, we said yes where is it? they said, well, still not ready, can you wait until the snacks arrive? hahahaha. WOW!
I booked 2 trips in 1 day - both delayed by 1 hour.
I booked 2 trips in 1 day: from CDG Airport to Disneyland and back. Both were delayed ~1 hour. Before the trip the spammed me every day with emails offering me to resell my tickets for some reason. None of their emails have a translate-to-English option. After those delays occured they only offer a voucher useable only on their website for further trips with their "service". No Thanks.
Scandalous
Carriages look like they date back to World War II. Like they suffered a direct hit by an air raid back then and never been repaired kinda bad. Carriages wobble from side to side the whole time like the train could be derailed any minute now. No internet, no sockets, no nothing. Staff attentive but the whole service is so bad that even though the whole train looks like it was meant to carry livestock, if they actually did try to do that the EU would shut down operations on basis of animal cruelty. Yes, it is cheap, but this service is not fit for suburban railways, let alone Brussels -Paris like distances.
Absolute shit. It's not Ouigo (We Go). It's We Don't Go
Absolute shit. Bought a ticket online, headed down to Garu de Nord in Paris, the train came in, we all got on the train. Initially got delayed by 30 minutes and then out of nowhere got cancelled. No customer service to talk to at the station.
Its very expensive and its cheap…
Its very expensive and its cheap transport today he the time of departure is 2:30 its did not departe yet😡😡😡
Always late poor services
Always late, told at the last minute. Wifi on board doesn t work at all. Choose a different Company, definetly not this One. Talking about Spain Madrid-barcelona.
"Scam! €40 Per Bag and Rude Staff”
Extremely disappointing experience with Iryo. I was charged €40 each for two pieces of luggage, despite the fact that the train’s storage compartments could not properly accommodate them. The staff handling this were discourteous and unprofessional, which made the situation even worse.
It is unacceptable to demand such high fees without providing adequate facilities or respectful service. I will avoid using Iryo in the future and cannot recommend it to others.
Terrible customer service
Booked a ticket but accidentally for the wrong day, the day before. Contacted them instantly, explained the situation and that just wanted to swap the ticket for the following day. The tickets were the same price. Ouigo refused and said I’d have to buy a new ticket and there would be no refund.
Terrible customer service considering I contacted within seconds of the booking, there was zero price difference, and it was a clear mistake.
train from cordoba to sevilla
The train was late and we got assigned different sits because of techincal issues, the wifi was bad/not working and there wasn't enough space for luggage.
Never again
Never again! Tried to re-sale my tickets via the ouigo web page, since I was unable to travel. Ouigo published the wrong departure time for my tickets - 6.12 in the morning!! In order to correct this ouigo listing error, I tried emailing customer service and an online chat with a rep, who said he only sells ticket, but he does not engage with ouigo resale. In the end my tickets remained misleadingly listed for 6.12 AM and naturally, were not re-sold! The tickets were not of a small price and this was definitely unfair and unacceptable behaviour!
Departed 30mins late
Departed 30mins late, packed train, no AC in July, very dirty toilets. Had to kick people out of our reserved seats who looked like they wanted to stab us. Calling this the Ryanair of the rail would be an insult to Ryanair. Spend a bit more for a proper TGV. This is diabolical.
Taking Advantage of Lousy Communication
OUIGO basically operate a form of scam as illustrated by our experience. Their late running train departed from the same platform, at the same time, to the same destination as our booked service with INOUI. Difficult enough to tell the distinction between the trains if you are a foreigner - it’s the same rolling stock - but they managed to confuse 6 people in our carriage alone, including French passengers. They then proceeded to charge us all the maximum fare for a journey we had already paid for. Both OUIGO and INOUI are owned by the same company SNCF Voyageurs, which profits from this double fare. The conductor and their customer service were aggressive in their refusal to recognise the problem caused by the confusion to many passengers, despite clearly making a large amount of additional money up and down the train. Their trains are low quality, our (double) fare was expensive, and the quality of the people is very poor. As is also shown by the huge quantity of other negative reviews here, I would avoid them like the plague.
This is shitt service that may not…
This is shitt service that may not happen , it’s a scam , don’t do it . They ruined our entire vacation and lost more than a 1000 euro due to these bastards .
25 euro baggage fee and disgraceful service
For our Madrid - Seville trip on 29.06.2025 at 7:40, a 25 euro baggage fee was charged, and when we checked on Omio, we saw that the baggage fee was 6 euros. The trains are very old and slow, but also extremely dirty. I will never use them again.
Unreliable train was delayed by 4 hours…
Unreliable train was delayed by 4 hours missed all connections no help or compensation avoid like the plague
Marseille to CDG
We used this to go from Marseille to CDG. Personally, I would not use them again as it is similar to lets say Eurowings etc versus Lufthansa. If you do use it on this route DO NOT get off at the first stop in the Paris area as that is for Disney etc as CDG is about ten more minutes. If you make the mistake, you can reenter their facility with your ticket and catch the next train to CDG.
Barcelona to Madrid
I traveled from Amsterdam to Madrid with many different train without any problem and always enjoy the way, till I get train from Barcelona to Madrid with this horrible train, rude staff, crazy situation. I'll never use this train again.
Surprisingly comfortable
Surprisingly, it was very comfortable journey from Madrid to Murcia for just €40. I bought an XL-seat, and our wagon turned out to be spacious and clean. There was a socket near the train so I could charge my phone. The toilet was also clean.
However, they never brought my drink. They promoted a service of drinks delivery, I bought cold coffee, but they just didn’t show up and canceled it one hour later.
