"Abusive Customer"

David, I thought we put this behind our back in December 2016. We explained that we are a business center and not a warehouse to receive pallets of packages. We even gave you an alternative company best suited for your needs, but you stayed with us even seven months after this conversation and you are still a paying customer. Just to reiterate, this is a monthly service with no commitment from either side. You refused to engage on an annual commitment.

Another Houston business owner said you were abusive in expectations of paying negotiated rate and later on asked for the world. I now have to agree.

With all the efforts we have exerted in trying to please you, it is time for us to part ways. Your services will not be continued.
