More than a year ago, my account at MrBit Romania was closed without any clear explanation. Since then, my winnings of approximately 25,000 RON have not been paid.

I have tried contacting support multiple times but received no response. This level of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I hope for a prompt resolution, but until then, I cannot recommend this casino

Crooked. Dealers are trash. So many mistakes. Been waiting for over a week for withdrawal and they tell me it's been approved but it's up to my bank. My bank told me they don't see anything from them and have others report they haven't received their withdrawal. Be better Romania 🇷🇴

I asked 4 times for account closure and they didn't closed my account.
The support engineer then informed me that his colleague forgot to close the account but they didn't want to return the founds from that timeframe

Absolute scam. Deposited money to place a small parlay only to get an error message "unable to repeat bet". I'm not dumb of course there were no repetitions of any kind. Just them trying to frustrate you into betting on something silly. Don't get me started on the casino section lol. Do not use them

The most bad online casino ever… the delay your verification as long as possible, they dont wanna pay any winnings.
