Castle was over 30 minutes late, and appears to have been stored at the bottom of a lake.
Delivery driver “attempted” to dry the castle with 2 hand towels but the castle caused a huge puddle on the floor, causing kids to fall over.
Then the driver was an hour late collecting the castle despite us confirming and double checking that he would be there 30 minutes before we had to be out the room. When he did arrive he had the balls to blame it on traffic.
Heres a tip… most map apps show you how long a journey will take, make sure you leave with enough time to get to your destination.
F’in appalling customer service. We didnt receive any communication for either delay.
Manager was more than rude.
