I just received my replacement order from Kuri Nuka. The first order was lost due to incorrect shipping address. As soon as Sab became aware of the problem, he responded right away. He reached out to me with sincere apologies and even added complimentary products to my original order.
Everything arrived in good order, and I could tell immediately, upon opening it that this is very high quality pure Batana oil. I look forward to being a long time client.

Kurinuka Batana Came from China
My Kurinuka Batana order Came from China. Not happy! I ordered fom KuriNuka and now i Understand what happened here. They told me 5-10 days for delivery and ended up being even longer and then i looked at the delivery tracking and information. They gave me a last mile delivery tracking because they are dropshipping from China. Dropshipping is where the business will ship directly from their manufacturer. Real batana is from honduras and I got duped from yall - I am not happy and want my money back please.

Kuri Nüka’s Batana Oil is 100% authentic and harvested, processed, and packed in Honduras by the indigenous Miskito community. We do not use dropshipping from China or any third-party suppliers claiming to be the source.
Occasionally, for international shipping and fulfillment purposes, packages may go through our logistics partners’ warehouses, which could make it appear as if the item is shipped from another country. This is purely for efficiency and cost purposes and does not change the origin or authenticity of the Batana Oil.

I grew up with real batana oil and the pics on the site looked right so I went for it.First week my tracking wasn’t updating at all. I even wrote an angry email (sorry Sab). To their credit they explained kindly, told me to give it a few more days, and sure enough the package came.The smell is unmistakable, smoky and earthy, almost like roasted seeds. Rub it in your palms and it melts instantly. Nothing like the watered-down oils I wasted money on before.Been using it almost 2 months now… scalp healthier, hair thicker, even rub it on my skin. I went from almost canceling to planning my next batch. Don’t let the negatives scare you, results speak for themselves.

Quick resolution and smells great
So, initially I placed an order after seeing it on instagram and didn’t receive the product or any response to my emails for over 2 months so naturally I assumed the company was a scam and went on to review it as such. I won’t bore you with the details as the main point I’d like to make is that my assumption was wrong, my situation appears to be an unusual incident that was quickly resolved. The team have been nothing but apologetic and made sure a replacement was shipped immediately. I have since received the product, it smells incredible (cocoa/coffee), it melts into the palm of your hands and applies to the hair without leaving it sticky. I can’t comment on the results but I’m super excited to use it on mine and my daughters (Afro) hair

I recently encountered issues with the delivery of this wonderful product.
The carriage company (Evri), was unprofessional and extremely unhelpful.
I reached out to Kuri Nuka, who promptly rectified the problem… this is what I call exceptional customer service.
With regards to the actual product, I am delighted with the results of its use, in less than one month.
My teenage daughter’s eczema has improved, so much so, she no longer uses steroids.
Instead, she lightly moisturisers her skin daily, with the Kuri Nuka Batana oil.
My daughter has also commented that her eyebrows have also grown, since using the Batana oil, because she has been targeting that area, for a fuller look.
I have genuinely noticed growth with my hair. Also a natural shine and glow to my hair strands.
I have recommended this product to family and friends, so I am also recommending it to others.

Do not order!
I read all the reviews before placing my order and decided to give them the benefit of doubt. That was a mistake.
2 months later the order is still not here. Emails expressing concern have been ignored. I wanted to support a business with a good product doing good things but this is not it.
A very disappointing experience
*edit/reply* - Your response, unfortunately isn't truthful, I only received an email after leaving this review but whilst I sent emails to your support, prior to this, I got nothing back. By this point I had already attempted to refund my order as I didn't expect any further communication. As I said in the beginning I was really eager to try you out, and I really believed what I saw, but the experience hasn't won me over. Shipping issues can happen but it seems like it happens alot to you,by the reviews I see here, and as such your support team should be responsive. Having 2+ weeks go by with no response pretty much says "I don't care", or "your not important enough", especially on a first encounter.

"Cub01" is not an actual company, but a label used by Evri to identify shipments from Chinese-based businesses that have unclear or unreadable sender information
