Staff are always helpful and polite
Staff are always helpful and polite, I'm quite surprised they keep their cool considering how rude and obnoxious some customers are, i was present when a mother was screaming at a staff member for confronting her son for stealing/being disruptive rather than taking accountability for her own child.
Londis Kingswood is a beautiful shop
Londis Kingswood is a beautiful shop, the staff are so friendly and helpful, they try to help and accommodate everyone and find out what the villagers need. They help with the local charities and community. They really brighten up our little parade of shops.

The Londis in Kingswood
The Londis in Kingswood, Waterhouse Lane is one of the most welcoming shops around in the area. They are so nice and have a great selections of drinks, food and even beauty in the shop. Great prices too! The staff are so welcoming and have a great smile on their face. I am so happy this Londis has opened.
Excellent shop
Excellent shop, chemist and post office, a real asset to the neighbourhood. The staff are all very helpful and friendly.
The shop is filthy and dingy
The shop is filthy and dingy, but the man who works there was absolutely horrible and rude… even told me where I should stay inside the shop, just near the door…parcels get thrown on the floor with utter disregard to their contents, I have never had worse service in my life and certainly shall not visit again. Not sure why authorities don’t visit the shop…

Disgusting prices avoid wyverstone Londis. Every item is massively overpriced. 2 x chicken breast Jack's ie tescos brand £5.80 Tescos sells them for £2.48 a cheap cheese pizza £4.70 they are just taking advantage of the locals. I shall be going to co op and avoid that shop. 🤬
Abysmal customer service and non-compliance with the Sales of Goods Act.
Hoola Hoops were stale and as I was still parked on the forecourt, I decided to return the packet and exchange it (as would be the norm in such a situation. WRONG ! The staff will have no truck with such legislation as the Sale Of Goods Act and insisted that I take up the matter with the manufactur of said Hoola Hoops.
A small matter of course but right is right and wrong is wrong. If I treated my customers in such an disinterested and care less fashion I would be in dire straits.
Take a look at the Google reviews and you will see that this is not a case of an atypically poor customer service, rather that it is pretty much 'par for the course' at this Londis/BP service station.
I would have actually given no star
I would have actually given no star. I went into my local Londis this afternoon in Wellswood, Torquay. The 'assistant' behind the counter was an absolute ignoramus. He didn't utter a word throuigh out the whole process of 'serving' me. No eye contact, no greeting, no thank you, absolutely nothing but a scowl on his miserable face. I did say well, that was certainly service with a smile on my way out and he still didn't look at me. I have never experienced such a rude and sullen attitude in a shop before. Will definitely NOT be going back again. Londis you need to train your staff - at least teach them how to look at and speak to your customers,
Zero Alcohol Sold Chilled!
All the major supermarkets and convenience stores stock refrigerated alcoholic beers, ciders, wines, pre-mixed spirits and cocktails, innumerable fizzy and energy drinks, fruit juice, iced coffees and milk.
But as a non drinker I can confirm that it is almost impossible to find any retailers that stock a range of chilled 0 alcohol beers, ciders and wines in their refrigerators.
Heading to the coast this August bank holiday I found myself on another fruitless search for chilled zero alcohol beers and cider until I popped my head round the door of Londis in Wareham.
“I don’t suppose you sell pre chilled zero alcohol cider or beer do you before I waste my time walking around the shop?”
“Of course” said the young shop assistant
“Zeros?” I reiterated
“Yes” he said pointing to the refrigerator aisle.
Well done Londis - let’s hope the UK’s other supermarkets will stop discriminating against us non drinkers and follow suit.

Rude staff
I attend this London branch on Old Kent Road regularly and get on well with the regular member of staff that works there.
On Saturday,  I attended and there was a new person working there he was extremely rude.
I used the coffee machine as normal, but the touchscreen wasn’t working, so I went ahead and placed my order using the Costa Coffee app so this didn't effect me.
When I went to pay for the coffee , I advised the attendant that the screen wasn’t working and he mumbled at me and said the screen was working fine.
I wasn’t sure if he had understood me so I asked if he had understood what I said and he continued to accuse me of doing this before  and he remembers that I said the same thing about this machine before. At this point I was extremely confused because I wasn’t complaining. I was merely letting him know that the touchscreen wasn’t working so possibly need to be reset.
He then insisted that the screen was working and that I was complaining about nothing and insisted on showing me that the screen was working . When he checked the coffee machine himself, it was quite clear the screen wasn’t working so I asked for an apology as obviously the way that he had spoken to me was unacceptable especially as I was only pointing out an issue that was evident when he inspected himself..
I have asked Londis to investigate and watch the footage as this man should not work in a customer facing role and I would like him moved to another branch or 'sacked' so I dont have to encounter is rudeness again.
A disappointmenting insult as a ʼconvenient store. ` are the trying to take the piss or is it just natural for them.?
I ordered 4 items ccomung so£20 from Londis and they said its was out of stock but when I went there in the morning, they had everything there that I ordered and refused to give my items I had paid for. They are true knuckledragers DO NOT USE THIS LONDIS..
