I love my knuffelwuff velour bed it is thick and comfortable and XXL is perfect size for a big dog the material is strong and soft.

I bought the Knuffelwuff Lesedi dog cushion for my large German Shepherd and it's finally the dog bed that I've been trying to get for a few years. It's extremely thick and comfortable, a good size and good value for money. I have paid more than this for beds on Amazon which have been delivered and are subsequently not like their pictures or very thin. I like the green corduroy colour, it hoovers well and is something my boy can fully curl up or spread out on. He lets out a big, happy sigh every time he gets comfy on it. Delivery took a little time but I had no issues with ordering or payment. I'll be ordering from here again in the future for sure.

Ordered XL Knuffelwuff Velour Water-Repellent Orthopaedic Dog Bed with Hand-Woven Material Look (Leon). Absolutely stunning quality. Very padded with thick base. Fits car boot perfectly. (This is my 2nd XL dog bed for the boot of my RAV. Bought different model last time for Boxer Lucy. 1st one lasted 4 years but probably last longer if you don't wash it a lot .. but I have allergies to dog smells and washed it a lot.

Excellent quality bed but the dimensions are misleading.

XXL advertised as 120x75x30 but this is the base size which includes the padding at the side. The actual sleeping area is 80x65x30. My labrador has to curl up to sleep in it, he likes to spread out so doesn't use the bed much.

Thought I would just say I ordered a large faux leather dog bed before reading reviews. Fortunately everything was great. The product was shipped the next day and it arrived from abroad within 4 days.

Bought a leather look dog bed which I have been happy with but the bolsters cushions have gone hard and impacted, having contacted the company they offered me a refund, keep the product and have some money back or choose something different and pay the difference. I thought customer service was very good at first having got back to me with a solution very quick but as soon as I said I would choose another and pay the difference they have totally ignored my emails. Avoid this company, once they’ve got your money they don’t want to know.

Really poor service. Waited over a month for any update, package was being held on a customs charge which they then requested i paid. Refused to give a refund . . . very poor company . . . would avoid.

Don't trust them... they have for two weeks been going back and forth between my order is not in stock, to being in process of delivery, to being out of stock again and the excuse of technical error in the delivery.

They also don't refund.

Average quality, slow customer service, expensive to return - wouldn't order again. Am suspicious now of the positive reviews.
Quality of material on dog bed felt cheap and shiny. Had to email to ask for return instructions - nothing on website that makes it easy to return (no chat function, no ability to see my order in detail on my account, or link for return service).
Customer service very slow to respond. Replied a week later after 2 emails and 1 Instagram message.
Ordered from France and cost me 48e to send a 100e dog bed back to Germany. A very expensive trial and waste of 48e. Would not order again.

Avoid.

Advertised as ‘strong and durable’ with a photo of a visla. Yet my 7 month old border collie tore it to bits in one night. They then refused to give any refund.

Was dubious about quality due to the extremely reasonable price but I ordered both a black and brown Detroit collar for two of my dogs. Order placed late evening of the 19th, dispatched on 20th and arrived on the 23rd. I had emails advising of every stage of the process and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the collars. I have working dogs and need their collars to be strong and durable and these really are! So much so that I have just ordered a collar and lead for one of my other dogs as I wasn't happy with his current collar.

Had ordered a dog basket over a month ago. It has clearly been lost in transit, but despite several emails, not had a satisfactory answer. Have asked for refund, but nothing has been done. Appalling customer service, not what you expect from a company with generally good reviews.

Ordered a crate it hasn’t shown up for weeks messaged them 3 times and still no refund same thing happened with my friend no refund and no product, terrible company to deal with

Without a doubt the best bed iv ever brought for my 82 kg Mastiff! I got the XXXL and it’s plenty big enough for him. It’s a cool material, very easy to hoover his shedded hair off and you can use wet wipes to clean. Wish I’d of knew about it sooner. Will never buy another brand. This will last a very long time.

I am thrilled I came across this company. The beds are extremely well made and provide great support, particularly for larger dogs. I also wanted something that looks good in my flat, and the bed fits the bill: great fabric and finish, sturdy, but at the same time very snuggly and elegant. Ordering a dog bed from Germany may sound complicated, but I have not found a similar quality at this price anywhere in the UK. It was delivered quickly and with no extra payments. I am glad I was not discouraged by the bad reviews.

I'm deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Knuffelwuff. Initially, I was satisfied with the product I purchased(bed for a dog), but within just one month, it deteriorated significantly. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, hoping for a resolution, I was met with unhelpful responses. Instead of acknowledging the issue and offering a suitable solution, I was simply offered a discount on a future purchase, which I found unacceptable. This lack of accountability and poor customer service has left me with no choice but to seek alternatives elsewhere.

Terrible experience due to utter lack of customer service. Package was delayed then missing. I wrote to Knuffelwuff twice and received the same automated response that had no helpful info. I received no reply to my third email. I called several times and no one ever picked up. I had no choice but to ask my credit card company to deny the charge. The package arrived two months later. Suddenly Knuffelwuff appeared out of the woodwork informing they would be charging me. No apology, no explanation for the delay, nothing. When I explained that I’d tried to solve the problem in good faith, they simply responded that they don’t have a phone number and they claimed never to have received my emails. I sent proof to which they didn’t respond. Decent product but do not expect any assistance if anything goes wrong. Silent until they want your money.

Very unhelpful customer service, they took my money then advised a week later that there was a 4-6 week delay in delivery but couldn’t be more specific!! I asked for them to send the next size up but they wouldn’t do this either! My puppy needs a bed I can’t wait potentially 6 weeks and they couldn’t even guarantee that I would get it in 6 weeks!!! The least they could have offered was a bigger size at the same price but nothing at all was offered to make up for their error, very disappointing

Purchased a dog bed that was described as durable and hard wearing. My dog’s last bed lasted nearly a year and due to a poor design the cover/handle that went over the seam was pulled off by my dog within an hour and the stuffing has been pulled out. I complained several times to the company with photographic evidence on the day I purchased and was basically told not to email them again.

I came across these reviews when contemplating ordering a second bed for our 45kg GSD who adores the first one we bought
The bed is excellent quality, has withstood almost 2y of bedtime ‘digging’ plus a few assaults from our 2 cats - and (when freshly de-haired) still looks and feels brand new
If only all dog beds were as resilient
