They are a scam/ conterfeit products

They are a scam, I made a mistake I did not read the reviews before i ordered, their products are fake . I’m traumatized, the products they sent to me , it was a chemical that smell so strong and horrible i cannot put in my skin. I d know what they put inside . Its was not look like a serum neither oil. Don’t waste your money on that company and you gonna run after to be delivered. Everything is contrefeit

They are fraud and scam.

They are scam. Their website should be investigated. They don't deliver products orders from their website. I ordered DH7 Lotion. They did not ship and no tracking number. Today March 25 and they have been mute. Imagine the amount of money they defraud from millions of Americans

3 weeks and my order hasn't moved

3 weeks and my order hasn't moved.
I acknowledge that their website says shipping is delayed due to high demand, but this feels excessive. One of my three items supposedly shipped a few days after I placed the order. However, it's been three weeks and it hasn't moved according to the tracking link. My other two items were just canceled without warning.

BUYER BEWARE

I have purchased (and received) items from Kismet Collections in the past and have loved them to death. Recently I decided to reorder 3 pairs of overalls. One was not in stock and the company gave me a refund for the item. HOWEVER, the other 2 have yet to arrive. The order was placed on 7th April. Upon looking up the tracking there was a notification that my items were getting returned as there was an issue with the address I provided. I have since sent the company multiple emails and have received no response or refund. I can understand some delays, but the fact that everything is going unanswered is becoming rather suspicious.

Fake

I ordered an overall in february, 2019. (It havent arrived yet) I contacted with the company a few times since than. I only got some templates for reply via e-mail...
So sad that these fake companies can exist.

DOUBLE CHECK sizing of items when you receive them!

I purchased 2 moss utility overalls in the same size small in different colors. There is no extra small possible to order but one is significantly smaller than the other. You can clearly see in the photo the manufacturing error. There is no tag to see size. I just happened to have not worn the smaller one yet so did not notice right away and it’s past 30 days policy and I reached out to talk to management to complain and make them aware. The customer rep via email refused to let me talk to them and said I’m past 30 days and there’s nothing they can do. Very disappointed. It’s one thing if I myself wanted to change the size or didn’t like it or it didn’t fit, but to have your order be INCORRECT and it’s my fault because I didn’t try everything on and MAKE SURE they were correct sizing? That makes no sense. Very unprofessional and unfortunate. Especially when it is very difficult for me to order as I live overseas and had shipped to me from family. Won’t be purchasing again. I recommend to double check everything well as soon as you get it!

Beautiful clothing, reasonable cost

My son's birthday is 22 days before Christmas. He told me about a jacket at Villan Outwear that he really wanted just a couple of days before his birthday. I knew if I ordered it then, it wouldn't come in time for his birthday, so a Christmas present it would be. The shipping took a little longer than I anticipated, as I didn't realize it was coming from China, and that's my fault for not knowing, and I didn't receive the item until a week after Christmas. But when I emailed customer support just a couple of days after Christmas, I received an auto-response indicating they had received my email, and would respond with a personal response within 24- 48 hours. Someone did respond to my email within 48 hours. And then 2 days after that the item arrived. I was a little worried when it arrived, because the package felt lighter than I thought it should have. But the jacket is beautiful, it fit my son perfectly, and he loves it so much he slept in it that night, lol. He told me that by far that was his favorite Christmas present.

Extremely poor customer service

I ordered a sweater and a pair of overalls for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. They were something that she had seen on their website and put on her Christmas list. I always shop early for Christmas and try to have all of my shopping done by Thanksgiving. The packages arrived, and I wrapped them and put them under my tree. When my daughter-in-law opened them and tried them on, she loved the overalls, but the sweater did not have any care instructions or tags in it whatsoever and was a very weird fit. I immediately contacted Kismet Collections and asked to exchange the item. I had to submit a written request and wait for a reply. In the request, I explained that my daughter-in-law would be very happy to exchange the sweater for a different item. We were not asking for a return. In the meantime, my daughter-in-law wore her overalls one time. She then sent me a picture and showed me where the crotch area was coming unstitched and said that she needed to exchange those for another pair as well. Approximately 2 weeks after submitting my original return request, I received an email from Kismet Collections saying that they only replace or refund items that arrived damaged and only within 30 days of the arrival time. They said it didn't matter that it was Christmas and that the items were underneath the tree for a while. What kind of company is so customer unfriendly? In this era of frequent online purchases, returns and exchanges are commonplace and are often offered free to the consumer. I will never shop with Kismet Collections again. It is unfortunate because they could have gained a loyal customer in both my daughter-in-law and me, but instead they have alienated us and lost our business for good.

I've been very happy with these…

I've been very happy with these products (2 cardigans). The shipping is a little slow but the price is great and the quality is better than i expected.

Plus my wife says I look great which is what really matters.

Good customer service experience

I'm only writing this review so others can see that their customer service is actually decent as long as you're persistent.

I received one item from my order on Thursday but when it arrived, it looked absolutely nothing like the photo. Colour, style, material, sizing - they were essentially a cheaper quality pair of trousers. I emailed straight away to complain and attached a screenshot from their website and a photograph of what I got. Initially I was given two options; accept a 50% refund and keep the trousers, or they'd send out a replacement (whilst also letting me keep the trousers for the inconvenience). I declined because bigger size or no, what I was given was not what I wanted. They then offered me 60% back which I declined again, and I made it clear that if I didn't receive a full refund, I'd raise a dispute with PayPal. This morning (Saturday) I received an email from both Kismet and PayPal saying my refund had been processed.

I know I shouldn't have had to push so hard, but given how poor some of these reviews are relating to customer service, I felt inclined to share my experience as it wasn't that bad at all. Throughout the process and despite my bluntness, they were extremely polite. This isn't my first purchase with them either; I've ordered two pairs of dungarees in the past that were of excellent quality and durability. This is the first time their products have fallen flat for me but I'm glad I was reimbursed so promptly.

Disappointed!!!!!!

The meal was nice but customer service was very much lacking. We were served the wrong drinks, had to ask for napkins, and even had to ask and wait for plates!! We were refused coffee as it was 10 o’clock and told the bar was closed. Then only 5 minutes later the table behind us ordered a number if drinks and they were served with drinks and coffee. Very disappointed with the experience and certainly won’t be going again. What a shame.

3 months later and never received a product

Ordered a product at the end of November. By the beginning of January still hadn’t received it. Contacted Kismet and they said they’d get it to me ASAP. Past the middle of February still nothing. Contacted Kismet again and asked for a refund. At least they got that to me quick. But was still very disappointed I never got the product I wanted.

Received our item a little later than…

Received our item a little later than expected (didn’t realize it was shipping from China) but customer service and reply was professional and prompt. We loved the product. Size was true to size. Complimented every time the item is worn. Thank you!

Wouldn’t even give a star but had to

Wouldn’t even give a star but had to. Wish there were negative stars....this company is horrible! DO NOT buy clothing from here, cheap and made in china. Broke out into hives. Send multiple emails asking how I send back and get the $150 refunded on what I ordered. Phone number is just a voicemail. No return calls or email. Will be in touch with Better Business Bureau about this company.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING!

The item that I order was delivered by china pos and I found the same item in Aliexpress and the price was 30-35 euros less than kismetcollections price (there was 50% sale so the original price was 70eur +/- and in Aliexpress it was 15eur +/-
This shop is definitely not working ethically and just to try to fool people to make easy money!

Items from CHINA SWEAT SHOPS found on ALIEXPRESS

I wish I would have read the reviews on here before I ordered. This company outsources all their workers and uses the same email templates for all customer service communication (I was sent the same template multiple times by different people.) After I placed my order, I was able to do a reverse photo look up on google and found my item for sale on Aliexpress for $5.47 and it was over $35 on the Kismet website!! I decided to wait to see if this was the same item and yes, it was. I contacted the manufacture on Aliexpress and sent photos of the item I received and Lily informed me that yes, Kismet buys all their items from Aliexpress and my item was from her shop!

I'm so unhappy. How is it ethical to sell an item for $35 that you paid $5 for? And you hire all overseas workers to keep cost low? This shop isn't ethical. They try to hide behind the whole "we support local business" bs but they don't. They aren't based in Hawaii.. My item came straight from a China SWEAT SHOP!!!!!!! Don't buy from this company unless you want to be completely ripped off!!

It's companies like these that are KILLING our planet. They aren't helping the environment, just creating more waste and more destruction to our sea life and planet. I hope Kismet gets shut down. If you really want the items that they have for sale, just buy them on Aliexpress and you will save over $200!!

Company is a SCAM

I ordered their linen overalls and the item is 2-3 sizes smaller than described by the size chart. I contacted about a refund and was asked to measure the item to confirm that it was much smaller than it should be. I refused. It is not the customers responsibility to conduct product control. It’s been 6 months. I returned the item and was never refunded.
