Excellent product and service

Excellent service. Product packaged well and delivered promptly. Competitively priced compared with other similar products.

I placed the order on 06 April. The information was sent to FedEx the same day, but the package didn't shipping until 6 days later on the 12th. I had to place an order with caboki, which arrived in 3 days. My order from you came on the 18th. That was a ridiculously long time to wait. I contacted customer service through emails asking why it was so late, but the only information they gave me was the expected delivery date. Horrible service and will look at continuing with another company!!!

I highly recommend this product. I won't be using anything else from now on!

I am very disappointed because I did not get an answer re : color of product. ---much to dark. almost black.

Good Product and quick delivery

It really works, however it comes off easy and since you have to apply daily one bottle may only last a few weeks

I order some products since two months but i have not receive it yet.
I SENT several message but they told always the same thing that they will check in their housware.
I bought several times products from your agency and i received always less than one months but this time I am really disappointed.
Please make me sur what is happen and why it takes so much times.

The reason I am not completely satisfied is because the KeraFiber seemed to have disappeared as soon as I put some hair products on to style my hair. My hair is grey and it didn't look any thicker or fuller after I put styling foam and hair spray on.

I ordered 1 Coco Genix. I received 2. I was billed for 2. I was advised to send 1 back.I sent them both back within the trial month. I was never credited with both payments. they still owe me £29.95. even after complaining over the phone to them 3 times! They kept saying that the manager will call me. they never did. disreptuble company.

I have not used the product yet because the total order has not been received :(

I was so suprised when I recieved my kerafiber at how well it covered my thinning hair an did not have to use very much. i am very pleased i bought kerafiber

I have very thin hair and have fussed with wigs and with KeriFiber. I am able to get adequate coverage with KeriFiber and may travel to a five-star rating but need to use it a bit more to be sure. It is in most ways much easier than a wig except I get multiple days out of a wig and only a day with the KeriFiber before I need to redo my hair -- that is not the fault of the KeriFiber but my terrible hair.
