A good reliable retailer, from my recent experience.
I ordered some aftershave. It was shipped almost immediately and arrived in a couple of days in good condition from Germany to France.
Also, GLS shipping texted me just before delivery. I texted back asking them to deliver it to a pickup point due to our absence and it was done, with GLS texting back pickup instructions.
All in all, it was a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you IwonaTEC and GLS!

I ordered a pack of deodorants because they were not existing anymore in NL. They shipped the items within the same day of the order, and I received them in good order following day.
I was hesitant because of some negative reviews in the past but I just had a very positive experience. Will definitely consider them again in the future.

More than a week now and I have not received my order.
Worse case they won’t respond to emails. They don’t care I guess or it’s a scam?

Order paid on April 15- 2022 and delivery supposed to be within 24 hours.
On April 24 still not seen or heard anything!!!!

I have placed an order week ago, until now have not received my package delivered.

I have sent many emials also but no response from their side to my emails. Is this a scam or a real company Iwonatec ?

I ordered 10 Wham Bam boxes, 4 x 150 liter and 6 x 62 liter. I did receive the 6 x 62 liter boxes but not the 4 x 150 liter boxes. After googling I noticed that more people had the same experience where they only received an incomplete order.

I've emailed info [at] iwonatec.com several times the last couple of weeks but did not receive any reply yet. I've tried to call several times but nobody answers.

Is this is scam company? Did you have the same experience with Iwonatec and were you able to finally solve this?

Very bad experience with our first purchase on this website. We ordered 33 boxes (Really useful box) and after 9 days, we received 24 out of 33 boxes (incomplete delivery). Among the 24 boxes: 3 lids damaged and 2 boxes cracked.
After many phone calls and emails to solve the issues, we were unable to receive an answer from IwonaTEC??
We have neither experience such poor customer service.

Delivery was incomplete and also not everything was functioning properly. Contact them via website but sofar did not get any reply

Never received my order and a reply to my email requesting more information about delivery. I hope that by this way my problem will be solved. My order number is 190101405.

I ordered a set of 6 storage boxes from IwonaTEC.
The boxes arrived on time and in perfect condition except 1 that was slightly damaged. That happens, I understand.
I contacted the seller about it with a picture & they were VERY quick to help!
Without any questions, they sent a replacement box the very same day and I received it the next one without a scratch.
Excellent customer service! Will buy form them again and absolutely recommend them!
