Found this wonderful small company whilst looking for a plate rack. So easy to deal with, polite, helpful and true to their word.
I had a problem with my delivery which was rectified straight away. Ended up with 2 plate racks so contacted them. Slight fault with one so kept the perfect one. Easy to return item and everything was dealt with in a professional and courteous manner.
I would definitely shop with Interior White again and recommend to family and friends without reservation.

This was the first time I’ve used interior white. I was worried when the door wouldn’t shut that I would have a nightmare trying to get it corrected but I had a response almost immediately and they were so helpful and prompt with their responses. The issue was sorted quickly and I’m very pleased with my unit.

I had very good service from a lady named Karen. I had 2 damaged items which she dealt with very quickly and efficiently. She was polite and friendly and made all problems feel ok. Delivery if goods extremely quick.

Speedy delivery and amazing after care
I ordered a slim bathroom cabinet on Monday afternoon. I couldn’t believe that it was delivered by Tuesday afternoon! The cabinet is of good quality and straightforward to assemble. There was a very minor paint scuff on the top piece of the item which I was in two minds to bother raising (tippex would probably have covered it) but given the good reviews, I thought it was worth an email. I received a helpful reply straightaway with an offer of either a full refund on return of the cabinet or a replacement part (which is now en route to me) without quibble. Very impressive customer service all round!
