I bought a product, but it didn’t deliver the best quality. At first, I was worried that Hembiobutiken wouldn’t allow me to exchange it for a slightly more expensive model. Still, I decided to ask, and to my surprise, they agreed to the exchange as long as I paid the price difference. That made me really happy! Now, the new product works great, and I’m very pleased with the excellent help I received from Hembiobutiken.

Get everything in writing, don't trust a word they say!
I bought some gear without listening much as it was late, with the promise that I could return and upgrade to something better and get a refund, minus 10-20%. (Else I would never have bought it after only 5 minutes of listening, not knowing the product beforehand.) But they denied taking back the set, even after only a few weeks. Despite making a new order +5 times higher, so obviously I canceled my order and went to another place. Rather disappointed, thanks for the coffee though.
