Avoid

Have placed 3 different orders on 12th and 13th of September 2025. 10 Days later I receive two of the orders, the smaller ones. The 3rd order, a carpet of 240x340 cm had a "booked" delivery status for one month. I have contacted DbSchenker I have been told that the issue was on Mattdirekt's behalf. I've tried to call Mattdirekt, but as many have mentioned before, you get number 17-18 in the que and barely advance. I was still the same que number after 5 minutes of waiting, I've dropped the call. I am happy that I've got the refund in a few days after writing them. I only give 2 stars because 've got my money back and 2 out of the 3 products. I advice you to avoid this seller.

takes a while for shipping but quality rugs

I bought 2 rugs and waited a while, they were in middle of sale so it took some time to get back to me. The rugs came and I was actually pleasantly surprised with quality, I thought it would be thin cheap rug but actually it’s very sturdy real rug with very soft feel. Looks really nice in my room. They reached out and apologised for delay also.

warning!

warning!! 👎👎👎👎bought 5 carpets, after 16 days they wrote and said that a carpet was not available and to get it, why I was not told this before is strange. It took about 33 days before I received my carpets which should have taken a few days when i got the carpets there were mold stains on one carpet. I sent them all back and bought from another place

You had ordered a total of 6 carpets and unfortunately one of the carpets was out of stock and we informed you of this.

You received the remaining 5 carpets and only opened one of them, unfortunately there was a superficial stain on the carpet and you contacted us about wanting a discount on all carpets, otherwise you wanted to send them all back.

We asked you to open them all but you insisted on a discount.
We agreed to replace the carpets, but unfortunately you were not interested in this, you only wanted a discount.

It is unfortunate that you are giving us a negative review because you did not get a discount to keep them and we wish you the best of luck in the future.

It's very bad

It's very bad, I order carpet and I didn't get nothing, I try contact them but unfortunately useful... I will not recommend 😤

Excellent customer support!

The store has an excellent customer support, quick, efficient, open to answering questions a great at handling disputes! The quality of the carpets is excellent as well.
Would recommend to everyone.

Very Good Customer Service & Good Quality Carpets

I placed an order for 05 carpets and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the carpets and the great price ranges. Most importantly they were really quick in responding to some of the concerns I had regarding my order and very good customer service. Definitely recommend them and I'm already placing another order.

I ordered a carpet over two weeks ago

I ordered a carpet over two weeks ago, and it still has not even been sent to the delivery. I contacted the customer service via email about the issua and I have not gotten any response. This too has been over a week ago. I'm starting to wonder if I'm ever going to get the product that I've already paid and that (according to their website) should already have been delivered to me long time ago. If I would have known this, I would not have placed an order from them.

Late delivery and No home delivery for the biggest size they have!

Instead of 2-6days it took 10days to deliver to Solna, But that was not the only problem. The problem was delivery!
In the website said :(När paketet/rullen har en längd på 160cm eller mer skickas det med hemleverans.
När paketet/rullen har en längd mindre än 160cm skickas det med Bring eller DB Schenker och hämtas ut på din närmsta Bring eller DB Schenker ombud) my carpet was the biggest size of the carpest so instead of home delivery they sent it to closest post which was super hard to take it from there to my place so it costs me to taking some delivery cars to take it home.
So disappointed on the service. Will never try again.

I won't buy here again

They don't ship within the advertised timeframe (2 to 6 working days), customer support doesn't reply until they see a bad reply on Trustpilot and worst of all, they send a payment order to Klarna immediately after the order is placed, as opposed to when the order is shipped, as per Klarna's terms.

After my initial one star review they reached out to me and solved the problem. It took 4 more working days, but received the carpet.
They asked me to remove my review, which I won't, because looking at the other reviews I see that they do this to everyone, which means they only act when they see the bad reviews.

Removed my review describing negative experience with a product - destroyed their own reputation

Company removed my negative review on one of their products which I had personally a bad experience with. The review mentioned valid points and provided guidance to future customers in a way that did not portray the company negatively.

The fact that they decided to silence my opinion implies that they do so for other customers and therefore can not be trusted.

Follow-up:

Company attempted to remove even this review by requesting a proof of purchase (which is completely irrelevant for the case described above). Ridiculous. How about you deal with criticism in a responsible way instead of attempting to censor negative opinions?
