My bike was in their service for 2 days…

My bike was in their service for 2 days for a transmission set up, a job that takes maximum 20 minutes for a skilled mechanic. Well after two days in their service it works the same. I also told them to put some stickers that will protect the frame. Nothing done about that, I guess "verba volant"....
Also, long waiting time at the reception desk while they chit chat with customers in front while others behind also got in front. I would not have cared about the second experience if the bike would have been fixed.
