Our experience with Hays travel
We went to Hays just to have a look at what was available. We were looked after by Natalie, she was very helpful, gave us lots of information and found us just the cruise we were looking for, so we decided to book it there and then. Natalie was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable we were confident booking our holiday. I can’t thank her enough.

We were really pleased when Kiera at the Travel Agents took us through the various hotels and resorts in Cyprus, as she had listened closely to what sort of holiday we were looking for, and then presented us with the best options. She had great knowledge of the resort that we liked the look of most, and we booked it there and then on the Saturday, and we are flying out the following Friday.
