There was no hard sale, she was happy to help whether it resulted in a booking or not, and spent a lot of time on calls to the cruise liner to get the info I needed. I was very happy with the service I received and it resulted in a booking.

As usual with the Hastings branch very helpful, very professional and all have a sense of humour, once again a holiday sorted with no problems and I'm sure they will all get a good bonus at Christmas they deserve it what with the move and everything that goes with that.

I was looked after by Sarah, who was so helpful from start to finish. She presented me with various options to suit my needs and budget. She pretty much sorted everything for me and I couldn't fault the service I was given and I will certainly be using them again.

I was sitting in Tui booking this trip when the sales person stopped talking to me and answered the phone and as a retired sales manager this is unacceptable. So i walked out and went to your Hastings office where the staff and the service was first class.

I was anxious about booking a holiday as had left it to the last minute and Sue couldn’t have been more helpful. She was so kind and patient and I am really grateful to her for her help. Thank you Sue, you are a credit to Hays Travel!
