Great advice from Margaret for our first cruise and a good price. Margaret was very helpful in answering our questions and explained everything clearly. Great service. I'll definitely look for Hays Travel to help us with future holidays.

Mariam took her time found a few holidays that would be good for us and explained the benefits of each of the hotels. Very happy with the holiday she found for us.

Victoria in your Falkirk branch was ever so helpful in dealing with our questions and coming up with solutions which met our requirements.
In an era when good customer service seems to have largely disappeared from job requirements Victoria went the extra mile to get us what we required whilst being very polite, helpful and courteous.
It makes such a difference. Honestly!
