I was seriously let down by NHS inefficiencies and called Gogodoc (not for the first time). Had consultation with Dr Varathan. He was immediately on the case. The whole service was efficient, professional, understanding and well worth the cost. I would definitely use again and recommend the service.

Dr Lavan paid me a home visit recently.
He was very pleasant and put me completely at ease. He arranged blood tests and came back to me with results the same day. I would recommend this service, and would definitely ask for Dr Lavan again.

Ive used gogodoc on many occasions, both for myself and family members and always receive 5 star care. Ive left reviews in the past highlighting what a fabulous service Gogodoc provides and how i would recommend to anyone needing the help of a GP. Only slight niggle but on this occasion the prescription took 4hours to come through via email which is a delay that we have never experienced before? Regardless of this Gogodoc will always be my preferred choice. The days of queuing outside my GP practice half an hour before it opens to try and secure an appointment are long gone!

I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs it. I called to book for an home-visit GP appointment at 10am and at 11am Dr Lavan was at my flat - it is very easy to book and it is 100% worth the cost. Doctor Lavan’s service has been outstanding and rare to find nowadays. He went above and beyond my expectations, he never made me feel rushed, he listened attentively and was both competent, thorough and polite. His great manner, combined with deep knowledge and understanding of various conditions, made me feel truly cared for. I could not thank enough Doctor Lavan for his support and help which really made the difference during my illness.

I have seen Dr Lavan in person, via video call and spoken to him the telephone multiple times this year for a range of health/wellness issues. I’m always very happy at the response rate, his time and patience but also the reassurances he can offer and the efficiency in which he will either send a prescription or follow up advice.

Was feeling extremely unwell and I couldn't leave the house. Dr Lavan came for a home visit after 40 mins only of calling Gogodoc!

Very impressed with this service. Booked a call for a private prescription at 8pm for the next morning. The GP called me at 9.30am and was very knowledgeable about my condition (which is more than can be said for my own GP). The prescription arrived while I was still talking to him. Dr. Lavan is fantastic. Appointments are easy to book, often available the same or next day, and reasonably priced. He didn’t dismiss my complex health issues like others have. Instead, he referred me to the right specialist and always provides excellent care, whether online or in person. I’ve visited multiple times, and his approach has been consistently outstanding.

Dr Lavan is absolutely fantastic. He has helped me over the last year or so and has listened carefully to my problems and has provided me with the best advice on how to go forward. A fantastic GP service with Dr Vanessa Sandhu who is a kind, caring, knowledgeable and trustworthy individual. A really easy process and good experience, from start to finish. Booking an appointment is never an issue and email confirmation is received in a timely manner. After receiving a diagnosis, an electronic prescription is received via email and is easily completed by any and all pharmacies. I would highly recommend this GP service and if I could give 1000 stars, then I would, happily!
