Fair price and ultra fast shipping! 5 stars. Recommended!

We ordered a coffeecan for our coffeemaker. It was never delivered. We asked a refund of our payment, but no answer at all.

Electrotodo have cast doubt on the source of this review. The extent of detail and the quotations from their emails make it clear that the review is genuine and they could have checked this themselves.

So now, Electrotodo, what about your responses to my genuine complaint?

I bought a replacement jug for a Philips blender. It was sold as a Philips product but it is not. First, the website does make clear the lid is not supplied but my lid does not fit the replacement jug because it lacks the lugs for it. Second, after a few months of use the jug has failed. I had the original for over 10 years.
Electrodo first response was:
"We are truly sorry about this, but we cannot help you with this issue. You can check with some official customer service near your city to help with it."
So immediate evasion.
They totally ignore consumer rights legislation within the EU. I pointed out that they have a legal obligation to sell products with a reasonable life span and matching the specification. They replied that 6 months met that and they did not know how it broke down and would not accept my account. Well, they did not ask for a picture or a return so how would they? Just blaming the consumer would mean no refunds at all.
They did finally admit that the product is not a Philips item but it was sold on the web as such and I have the original ad.
I will pursue this via the European Small Claims Court which will cost Electrodo quite a lot more.

Electrodo wrote, according to Google Translate:
"We have now located the incident and will deal with it by email. If you need any information for your claim in Europe, we will also provide it to you."

In fact they never emailed me again, and refused to reply to the European mediation Service:
"ECC Spain (report they) could not reach an amicable solution with the ELECTROTODO on your behalf, as they would not co-operate with the ECC Network resolution process"

Everything was great. Quick delivery. Ordered a specific charger for a Taurus vacuum cleaner, works perfectly.

Ordered a part for a Bosch blender, which wasnt working. Informed customer service back and forth sending videos, photos - no resolution. If you want a refund for a faulty item you need to pay delivery to sent it back. Be aware of this company.

Easy to use website, very responsive to questions, and delivered the correct part within 48 hours! All round excellent service! Highly recommended.

Ordered some parts. Follow up was fantastic. Received the next day couldn’t ask for a better service.

Don’t buy here! They sent me a broken article, refuse to respond to it and reactions are rather rude. Electrotodo seems to be fraudulent. Stay away!!!

The product received doesn’t fit the website image so will be useless. Total waist of money. This website is a scam and assume it and assume using fake images when responding by mail. Don’t trust this website

I bought 2 LED spotlights for a TEKA hob.
Delivery within a few days and the parts were matching the order.

However, they are NOT genuine parts. Mine were made in China. The first one broke after one week and the second one in ONE DAY...

I contacted them and they dismissed my complains, despite the picture of the broken item.
They are not interested in customer satisfaction.

Ordered a replacement coffee machine carafe but received entirely the wrong item. Emailed repeatedly but just got one response asking for a photo of what was received. I'm assuming that now they know the item I have is not worth their while getting back, they're no longer interested in my problem. Avoid at all costs.
