Was getting 2 new locks fitted, they bought the sort i asked for in an email, showed up on time, and fitted them for the price agreed. v professional. Also advised on a garden gate lock which I'll ask them back to fit.

Came when they said they would, had a quick look at my broken lock. Took the whole inner out and took it away to find me a replacement. They were back within a couple of hours and had it fit and working in no time! Would highly recommend, excellent service A*****

Arrived on time to investigate a problem with door. Called them out on Saturday morning when our bifold doors was jammed by our blind being stuck in the bottom of door and been closed on it. We had broke the handle off trying to pull the door to open it. They arrived within 15 mins of me calling. They got door open for us price was extremely good cannot fault them at all lovely people. They then went above and beyond after they had left and found a new handle for our door. Got back in touch with us to see if we wanted it ordering. They then came back Monday morning and fitted new handle. Only charged for the handle no fitting charge or anything. I am very pleased and glad I picked this company when I search the net. Would highly recommended and would definitely use them again if needs be.

My key damaged and couldn't get myself in on a Sunday night. Richard came within half an hour with his van and saved my day!! He is very friendly and kinds. Definitely trustworthy, professional and 5 star for his service!!

Was able to book a convenient time. They quickly replaced an external door lock. Professional and friendly. Even offered to vac afterwards. How good is that! And the overal charge was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
