I would like to warn everyone who is purchasing goods from this store. I bought products and returned them using the return label provided by the store. It has now been over a month since the items were returned, and the information on the DHL website confirms that the store received the package a long time ago. However, they claim that they have not received anything and refuse to refund my money, simply ignoring me.

Ordered Rabanne Invictus Parfum 200ml on monday 13.10.2025, order recived in Zagreb, Croatia, today 17.10.2025.

More than happy by speed, service and especially price.

ALL products I received was OLD AND EXPIRED products. They seems to only be selling old expired stock. I recommend to shop elsewhere!

They also SPAM you with Newsletters and junk and they do NOT respect unsubscriptions. I would stay away!

The product I ordered from EasyCosmetic arrived and works well, so I’m happy with it. However, I did experience some issues with communication – I never received a confirmation email or updates about my order, and my attempts to contact them by email and phone went unanswered.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the product itself, but the ordering experience could be improved.

The price of my Paco Rabanne can only be describe as astonishing!
This was my first purchase and it was effortless from start to finish.

The EDT was genuine and I will most certainly buying from easy cosmetic once again.

Website says products sent the next day, I ordered on the 1st of September and was still waiting 3 days later for it even to be sent. I cancelled my order as I ordered the products as a present when I was in Belgium and was going back home so didn't think they were going to arrive in time. I emailed customer
service to ask for a refund. It's been 3 days and still no reply from them. Seems like a bit of a scam. I won't be using them again.

This was My first order from EasyCosmetic, everything was great, Fast delivery, Reliable Seller and online shopping…
All parfumes batch code checked all fine, E-mail replying very fast and helpful support desk…
but just a reminder please when You send orders to Your customers You with boxes make more secure and solid because My box which You sent to Me was broken and inside box in totall 10 most of Them EDP and some was EDT but Thanks God was nothing missing but if some one take/steal something inside box honestly could be very easy…

Very fast and reliable

As experienced perfume lover i can tell that my Tiziana Terenzi kirke purchase came in an original bottel and packaging, but the fragrance self was NOT as i used to , i mean its extrait de perfume doesnt stay longer than half hour which is soo weird, the only conclusion i can get in this case is that the product is original but expired as perfume olie getting weaker with time , EASYCOSMETIC pls combine ur cheap prices with relatively new products or just stop selling dreams

They have sent me product from Laura Biagiotti- ROMA after shave, I am so disappointed, because it does not smell at all, not stay in your skin even 3 minutes, immediately disappears ! I asked to send back no reply at all..

Since 7 days ago i buy by Easy cosmetcs i never receave tracking number never receive my order.
Afther send so many emails they never give me answer of tracking number.When is call to they phone number they late you wait for long time and hang the phone.I don't know which company is this.I just want my order of my money back.

I ordered the Lancôme Rénergie Set met Nuit Multi-Glow (50 ml + 15 ml + 15 ml) for €94,98. What I received instead was a set containing the standard Rénergie Day and Night creams, not the advertised Multi-Glow versions.

The serum dispensed something of dubious consistency that seemed like oil with barely any actual product. After using it once, I developed a severe allergic reaction on my eyelids — something that has never happened to me before with Lancome products. This makes me question whether the product was old, expired, or improperly stored.

I contacted customer support via email but received a vague response in Dutch, offering no helpful information. When I called to clarify, the man on the phone was incredibly rude and kept interrupting me. To me, it’s unacceptable to sell faulty, skin-damaging products by well-known brands and then be so arrogant when customers try to reach out for help.

At the end, I was instructed to send the product back so it can be checked and I’m now waiting (without any clear timeline).

I purchased two Acqua di Parma diffusers from the website. After opening both and using them, I realized that neither of them emits any fragrance. The scent is only detectable when sniffing directly from the bottle, but it doesn’t spread even in a small 2x2 meter room. This makes me doubt the authenticity of the products or suggests that they are defective.

Unfortunately, returns are only accepted for unopened items, so I cannot return the products. I feel like I wasted my money, as I did not get the fragrance I was expecting. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the products and the service. If this issue is not addressed, I will be forced to leave negative reviews and warn others to be cautious when purchasing from this store.

I do not recommend these products or this store!

They sent my order to the address I used to live two years ago. I already used my new address with them. And this time they decided to ship to the previous address, even though I checked the address to be correct. The order was shipped back immoderately and one week later they still didn’t get it and want me to make an order again and pay for the shipping. Ridiculous. Why am I paying for their mistakes?
