I have ordered here before with no problems so I decided again to place an order. Delivery is promised 1 to 3 days providing the item is in stock, which it was. 5 days later still no confirmation that it has been dispatched. Going by reviews here, I am not so sure about when I will receive the item. I also sent an email this morning to see when it will be dispatched. If you cannot promise delivery in 1 to 3 days, it needs to be taken off your website, very misleading....

After ordering some items from disapo I waited a week without receiving the goods or getting any notification from them that the delivery was delayed. When I finally got through to their helpline, I was told that one of the items was out of stock and that they had ordered it. I find the lack of communication and service rather disappointing. I will not be returning to disapo.

I made an purchase of about 200 EUR. i made sure item was in stock before Buyed.
But not true ,even if they say it's in stock ,it's not ,nothing was shipped ,and i requested refund ,by their website contact form ,by their email and by phone.

They told me will cancel and refund immediately ,but after 4 days ,nothing was done ,no refund ,not even 1 answer i received from disapo ,from my 5 messages.

Just a loss of time ,and it's not a serious company and i cannot trust.

If you want troubles and losing your time and money i recommend you this company

I put in an order for over 70€ 5 days ago, after which time I decided to ring their customer serivce in case I had missed some information or lost an e-Mail regarding my delivery. I my experience other on-line Pharmacies are very fast and efficient. I was informed that: a) my order had not been sent out b) they did not know when that likely would be the case c) they did not know how or why
So, they offered to get my money back when I told them that neither of their answers were satisfactory. Might be slightly cheaper but untrustworthy

After reading some feedbacks I wasn’t sure about ordering, but decided to try. Delivery took 2 business days, price is way cheaper than in other online stores. Gonna order again

Kaufen Sie nichts von disapo.de apotheke, Sie sind Betrüger, die ihr Wort nicht halten. Der Kauf vom 12.12.2020 wurde telefonisch beantwortet, vielleicht wird er nächstes Jahr verschickt, weiß aber nicht genau wann. Die E-Mail wird nicht beantwortet. Warnung, Betrüger.
Køb ikke noget fra disapo.de. De er svindlere, der ikke holder ord. Købet fra 12/12/2020 blev besvaret via telefon, måske sendes det næste år, men uden at vide nøjagtigt hvornår. E-mailen bliver ikke besvaret. Advarsel, snyder.
Don't buy anything from disapo.de. They are scammers who do not keep their word. The purchase from 12/12/2020 was answered by phone, maybe it will be sent next year, but not knowing exactly when. The email will not be answered. Warning, cheater.
