Great product.
The delivery was good and items ok.

I got what I wanted and was comforted by the tracking.
I would recommend staying away
Placed an order for a projector on 16/9 specifically for a Halloween display. After not hearing from the company for a couple of weeks I decide to chase the order. It took several days to receive a reply and was told they were looking into the order and the delay. Then nothing.
Chased again and was given hollow apologies for the delay. Then nothing.
Chased again and was told my order was lost in transit. How very convenient.
They promised to place another order and now my chosen item is out of stock.
They have offered my 20% off on a different model a month after I placed my initial order .
Now I don’t have anything for my Halloween display.
Poor experience all round.
I don’t want 20% off. I just want my refund. I have asked for a full and immediate refund. But I suspect I’ll be waiting a while for it to come through.
Don’t waste your time. I am concerned if this is even a legitimate company.
Can’t contact them
Have tried multiple times to contact the company via web chat and phone. I never got through. On a call back request they sent an email and when I responded with questions about a computer that I was interested in buying. They told me -
“At this time, we regret to inform you that the All-in-One computer models are currently out of stock. We understand this may be disappointing and apologize for any inconvenience caused”
Strangely there are many all-in-one computers on their site that you can put in your basket and buy…..

Following on
Following on - a month later! DirectNine finally agreed to refund me if I shipped the broken kneeboard back to the USA at my own cost. Since then, they have avoided all messages from my courier (Interparcel/DPD) and from customs saying there is a small duty payment (which I said I would cover). Their emails are very bad for blood pressure. I will now have to get my money back from the Credit Card company... avoid, avoid, avoid.

Monitor as ordered at good price.
Fuss free delivery. Well packaged.
Very happy with HDMI cable
I had an issue with item
I recently bought an item through this company.
all through the buying process they kept me in touch.
Having raised an issue with them they replied to all my emails very promptly and resolved my issues.
I have found that this company go well above and beyond that which I expected and therefore have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
Very helpful customer service
Easy to place an order & fast delivery.
Great product
Great product! Most of the other wall mounts on the market don’t cater for real bikes with 800mm bars but this one works very happy
The experience was not great
The experience was not great, but if you start out with only one star you aren't asked for follow-up comments! We ordered a DVD player online in the UK, with UK costs, and were sent a US product with US plug!!
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Bought a home theatre system on 9th July. Checked specification to ensure it was what I wanted. All good so I purchased the item. Next I get a message from UPS saying that taxes were due so I contacted Directnine to check. They said to pay taxes and that they would refund them. On receipt of the item I found that it was American and working on 120v, no good for the UK market but advertised on a UK website with no mention of the voltage on the specification. After being offered a discount on a step up transformer, which I refused, and then a 120% voucher, which I also refused, I opted for a refund to my account. After £170+ in shipping fees and a load of aggravation the unit finally reached New Jersey. Since that point it has been an absolute battle getting my money. So far I’ve been refunded the initial incoming shipping fee and a partial payment of my return shipping costs. During all communication I have been advised that I would get full refunds, no mention of partial payments. Needless to say I am still waiting for refund of the item and the remainder of my return shipping costs. I’m now being told the payment was processed but have been given no information as to when it was processed. The screenshot of “proof” shows no information relating to me and the amount is also less than my original payment! After asking for details of their complaints procedure I’m now getting repeats of the reply saying that my payment was processed. I feel like I’m getting massively fobbed off and that Directnine are being deliberately obstructive.
Do yourselves a favour and avoid at all costs!

Customer service was quick and…
Customer service was quick and responsive. My only complaint would be very slow standard delivery which came from the USA. However my purchase arrived a couple of weeks after transaction and tracking was provided
AvOIDDDDD!!!!!!!!
Edited with order number as requested by Direct nine:DN#P588075003
While searching for a NAS server I found a great deal with savings on Directnine website. It was almost £200 cheaper than any other online sellers. After reading all the negative feedbacks, I decided to take a gamble by using my Credit Card incase if it goes Southside.
Before purchase I chat with few agents over 2-5 days to ensure the validity and response of the customer care. I was impressed, the agents responded very promptly on most occasions and also responded via ticket/ email. I queried about the product I am interested and they said its coming from the US, they confirmed I dont have to pay any import tax/ duty. ( Which already raised the alarms). After payment, next day I got an email saying the item I ordered is not in stock and they offered me another product from same company ( nvme ssd instead of a server - WTF!!!) Also offered me a £90 voucher to match up the price of the ssd. The same ssd sells online for £150 and directnine price was £251 with a £90 discount ( £161). Even I rejected the offer in my reply, they were trying to convince me with more delay. After 2 days of waiting they said the refund will be processed in 3-5 working days. After 5th day no response and I called the number , the lady said its with accounts department and will raise a request for explanation. By midday I received another email saying order cancelled and refund processed. Credit Card shows, the amount but not credited yet fully.
SO overall, a terrible experience and could be avoided if they have informed me on my first query about the stock rather than lying and trying to trap me into buying something else.
Things I noted for the company:
* Try to avoid buying from the company if you can. if the price is cheaper, that's for a reason.
* Direct Nine is registered under Handelnine Global Ltd (12210282). The directors are Deepak Burman & Hiren Gaglani ( Manged to get their profiles on Linkdn) Both have UK roots and based in India and connected to many other companies. There are many employees under Handel nine as per Linkdn.
* Customer Care will respond but delay in actioning the issue.
* Most of their stock on website is with £35+ , regardless of the item category. Not sure why is this. They have 1000's of products.
* If you buy, use a credit card for claim back if above £100.
* As I got a response and my money , I am giving a 2 Star instead of 1.
Better AVOIDDDDDDDDD!!!
