Got a PC from these guys around 2015 for an amazing price at the time where many components were cheaper than buying them separately and building your own PC. Their customer service was really good over the years. My r9 280x died after artefacting which they were happy to replace, they even let me pay the difference between what I paid for the card a year ago and a 1070 for a cheap upgrade. That also died and I did the same thing but for a 1070ti which has been working for 7 years or so now.
The CPU, motherboard and RAM that I got back then I have only just replaced for newer parts this week. This build lasted me for like 8.5 years and I have to say I'm very happy with the service provided.
It's just a shame that it seems like these guys shut down, the dinopc site goes to some sort of tech store with a different name and it doesn't even do custom PCs, and their social media has been dead since 2022.
I guess these guys were the early birds to the custom PC market in the UK but now there's too many businesses like them so it's more competitive?
I would also just like to say a fun fact, I found out about this company from a YouTube ad... But not a video ad, it was one of the popup text ads that used to be in the super old Adobe player on Youtube and they had a discount code in it. I remember after getting my dinopc build I was watching a PewDiePie video where he gets the same ad whilst recording himself on YouTube and I got really excited about that.
RIP DinoPC, you guys were awesome.
2 years ago Dino PC sold me a PC with a processor they knew, would be impossible to update to windows 11. The sooner this company goes under, the better !!

I bought a Dino PC gaming system for my son approx 10yrs ago. It now needs upgrading, I contacted Dino PC looking for some advice and they were excellent. I wasn't looking to purchase anything from them at this time, i was just looking for advice, Thomas Thorne replied to my emails giving me advice pointing me in the right direction of what to purchase and options where I could get the parts. He even replied to me on the same day I sent my email. I was really impressed by the speed of their reply and the advice offered. When the time comes to get a new system I will definitely be going back to Dino PC
I bought the prebuilt pc called the aardonyx and couldn't be happier.

Just like previous reviewer 'X R-H' I am an old customer, of DinoPC, who has received support, years after purchase in 2015. Kate has helped me before and again provided super fast answers to my queries. DinoPC helped me even though there was no gain for them, amazing. And, of course, the PC continues to perform superbly so money well spent, in 2015, and a very happy customer.

I just had to take a few minutes to write this up. I ordered a PC from DinoPC in 2014 - 8 years ago. The water cooler recently failed, and I really need the PC for work. DinoPC had no real obligation or even reason to help me out but I called and spoke to Katie who passed my enquiry to Thomas who advised me of a water cooler that I could buy to replace my failed unit. The guys at DinoPC had literally nothing to gain by helping me out as the replacement cooler was out of stock at DinoPC, they were just helping a customer out - a really old customer at that - who needed help to get back to work. What an absolutely awesome company and staff (and hey, a PC that lasts 8 years with literally no TLC and daily intensive work and gaming on it - wow). I would simply never go anywhere else for PC stuff.

First time buying a gaming PC and DinoPC were very helpful as they had a selection of prebuilt gaming PCs I was looking for to play Red Dead Redemption 2. Very happy with my purchase, the PC runs games brilliantly.

Ordered a PC from them for £1200. In the specification it said it came with Windows 10, however upon recieving the PC I found that it did not come with a product key. Customer support was fast but they told me that I would need to send the product back in its original packaging in order for them to fix the problem, however I no longer have the original packaging.
EDIT: I will say that the product in all other respects is perfect, and the PC came in top condition with very neat wires and everything in working order. Also, the customer support is very responsive.

I purchased my desktop from DinoPC in 2014 and found that it was not compatible with Windows 11 specs. The choice was between replacing a perfectly good pc or upgrading the hardware. I emailed DinoPc and they provided me with a list of components which would solve the issue. These were installed by a local repairer. The cost of the components and upgrade was less than the cost of a replacement with similar specs.

I was looking for a good PC to last for a while, so I took a look at DinoPC as they'd been recommended to me.
With their site I was able to pick and choose the parts that I wanted/were within my budget.
After ordering, the turnaround was about a week and my new computer arrived a little earlier than I'd expected! The PC was well packaged and secure, after some setup the beast was up and running. Great stuff!

Had an issue with the warehouse when they provided the wrong card.
However, the customer service were quick and responsive and issued the correct card soon after I reported it. Very good rates considering the market at the moment.

Great build and speedy delivery.! Website will also tell you if a part of your build doesn't fit or won't match up for any reason so it's fool proof. Package was in perfect condition especially considering it was sent to Northern Ireland. Top job Dino PC 👍

I used Dino PC to purchase an RTX 3060 Ti, it was a reasonable price compared to other retailers and was delivered very quickly.
I think Dino PC are a sub company to Stone Computers which are a good reputable company.
