Slimy practices
Any service that tricks you into investing time and energy and then lock the rest behind a paywall without being upfront about it from the beginning is a slimy service. This is one of them. Avoid. There are better ones out there.
I really enjoy learning the virtual…
I really enjoy learning the virtual labs they’re challenging to me because I can actually see how to use them hands on for more experience as well as learning more about so many other IT courses. However is there anyway I could use my certificate to renew my CompTia Security+ ?
Good experience in learning and…
Good experience in learning and documentations to help improving skills. Sometimes the explanation is difficult for people are not native english language. if could be possible to download the documentations about the courses should be perfect.
Thanks to Cybrary
In one hand, the CISSP course is a great one. Kelly Handerhan is a renown instructor. His slides are well designed and perfect for every topic she covers. She explains easy and simple. He uses smart examples to make it easy to remember the given lessons.
On the other hand, the CTI course could be improved. Despite most of its content is based on the Recorded Future´s Intelligence handbook, there are more topics that could be included; one source used as the main reference will never be enough. Melinton Navas does a good job but it could be improved. Nevertheless, I understand that these are the basics of CTI, it is just the intro.
Moreover, I tried to use the lab´s exercises and the platform does not perform well. I had to get in touch with support many times and couldn´t finish a few exercises due to tech problems with the tool.
Finally, I want to express my gratitude to the Cybrary team. Behind the courses that I took, there is a lot of compromise, effort and professionalism.

I cant logon and do not receive password reset email. I can not find a phone number to call. Stupid Bot only thing to a customer service.
Great information always up to date
Great information always up to date. The teachers are getting better. It’s a tough subject to teach, and they are grinding through it trying to prepare us all for the future.
Training is cool
Easy to enroll, instructors are enthusiastic and professionnal, technical stuff is very well explained.
Most of the virtual labs are very good.
Most of the virtual labs are very good.
It will be perfect if the cost can drop.
I wish I had found this site before I…
I wish I had found this site before I made my Black Friday purchase to Cybrary!! So many people are saying the EXACT SAME THING I am currently or have previously experienced with this company!! It's maddening!
1. 75% if not more of the "training" you get on the site can be obtained for free from YouTube or for MUCH CHEAPER on Udemy.
2. Make COMPLETELY SURE when you make a purchase from them, that it is EXACTLY what you want. They DO NOT refund purchases! I made a purchase on Black Friday of 2023 and after 1 hour of surfing the site and seeing what I purchased, I realized I had been "scammed" and immediately asked for a refund through their support contact, only to be denied. I informed them that I purchased it 1 hour ago and they stated they have a "no refund policy", which is visible on their website.
3. Not a professional company by any means.
4. Issues using it with Chrome Browser. Need a workaround.
5. I will NEVER purchase anything from them EVER again! By far the worst $300 I ever spent.
I subscribed for a year's service and a year later received an email informing me that my credit card was charged for another year of service. I hadn't received a notice that I would be charged.
I subscribed for a year's service in 2021...what a major mistake! You can't cancel to get even a prorated refund for any reason after subscribing. I tried a beginner course in cybersecurity for a few days; the instruction was total trash. I never tried anything else. A year later I received an email advising me that my card was charged for another year of service. When I subscribed a year earlier, there was no indication from the customer service that you had to return to the settings to turn off automatic renewal. You won't receive an email indicating that your card will automatically be charged for another year. I got the run around from their supposed customer service and I involved my bank. I received a refund after a 3 month investigation. I sent an email to the company asking to have my account closed. I also immediately canceled my card thinking that would be the end of my mistake. I was wrong. A repeat of the previous year occured again despite me canceling my card and receiving a new one and also after I asked them to close my account. I had to dig up my list of my registration in the browser, logged onto my account that should have been closed and discovered the setting that allowed me to turn off auto renewal... I was pissed at them, at myself and my bank for allowing them to charge to my new card. Commutation with them a waste of time, they had
outsourced billing to a 3rd party. I turned everything over to my bank to deal with them since they were particularly at fault for approving the charge. Stay as far as possible from cybrary, I will be reporting them to the BBB and to the consumer finance protection bureau.
Avoid like the plague
Signed up for a free defined 6-month period subscription from a third party but still had to provide my own payment details. None of the videos worked on my computer platform so couldn't do anything with it. I forgot all about it, expecting my 6-month voucher to naturally expire and not renew, but I was charged a stupidly large amount for a service I can't use. Despite asking for a refund and a cancellation, customer service just said it's not possible. Absolutely atrocious service, company, and quality of delivery.
refuse to acknowledge technical…
refuse to acknowledge technical problems, over priced and the virtual lab is garbage. constant connectivity problems, you finish a module and it crashes and you lose your screenshot and progress, an utter joke.
Cybrary Auto Renew Policy is a Scam
I no longer use Cybrary and my account was charged on 7/27 for $282.20. I reached out to Cybrary less than 24 hours of the charge to cancel or refund. Cybrary response was basically they got my money and will not refund once the charge is processed. Cybrary did not issue adequate and or sufficient prescriptive notice before proceeding with automatic renewal. This is a flawed policy and most decent business will issue automatic payment reminders before charging the payment method on file. How can you comfortably take someone's money for a service that is not needed? The representative that responded to me said she cannot do anything about it. I asked her to escalate to the appropriate authority for due considerations since the renewal is still pending and less than 24 hours. She said after escalating to her manager, the manager said its their policy and they can't do anything about it. This is day light cybercrime from Cybrary.
Cybrary.it is a scam
Cybrary.it is a scam. They stole money from my account in the name of auto-renew without any prior notification or without asking me.
Their content is very poor in quality and of no use in professional world.
Upon requesting a refund, their customer support did not entertain at all and just copied pasted some pre-made answers.
We do have a grace period of at least 14 days prior to autorenew in Germany and companies must send an official notice before renewing a membership.
A suggestion for everyone to start learn for free from youtube or paid from any other platform instead of this scam.
They say the courses are free but then…
They say the courses are free but then they will charge for 59$ I’m only interested in Junaid Memon CCNA course Rest in peace he uploaded his videos for free but they charge for it 59 why and they posted in twitter its free most of the reviews are fake here
Not worth getting a subscription
Not worth getting a subscription. All material is of average quality. After using product for a week, I decided to stop using and focus on textbooks and free online resources that had much more value.
Beware, their sales gimmicks will get you. They auto renewal the subscription and will not refund or speak with you. They are very sneaky and not willing to help the customer.
Cybrary customer service is a joke
Cybrary customer service is a joke. Took over a week to reply to me. I never signed up for their service but they won't refund me.
Cybrary is just a well organized scam
Cybrary is just a well organized scam. Some contents are good but 80% of it is just below average.
Also no service at all after purchase.
No go for me!
Mukendi Ngongo
For me, cybrary.it's a well-organized scam. their goal is to extract money from people.
I enrolled in a course, which normally took me six months, and I finished it. One thing I noticed is that the courses
are designed in disorder, they are not structured. In fact, there is no logic in place or a curriculum
given when you start a course and when you are going to finish it. .
a year after I unsubscribed from the cybrary.it, I received an email from PayPal that $247 had been withdrawn
from my account by cybrary.it. How puis-cybrary.it I afford to charge my credit card when I was no longer
registered with them? So far, it's been a month since cybrary.it can't afford to pay my money back, even though I'm not even enrolled in their program.
this is a scam, very disappointed, will never recommend this to anybody.
My experience has been great
My experience has been great, this platform has given me away to meeting CEU requirements as well as access to a lot of good courses and resources.
