I recently ordered from Crystal Face and, while there were some delays in delivery, the final product amazed me with its quality and attention to detail. Customer service was helpful in resolving issues, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. I would recommend them for their beautiful work but keep patience for occasional hiccups.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - ZERO Contact - ignores calls to mobile, landline no longer works, no reply to emails and no response to the Chat function on the website - what's going on?
Happily accept a refund, but suggest this site is avoided at all costs

I needed this quickly and Tom and his work team went well above and beyond to get this too me. The service and compassion was 1st class. I will be without doubt using them again and can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you all at Crystal Face.

I had to message them last minute for an order I needed within two days because my relative was flying off and he was very understanding of the urgency. The finishing was good of the product, got it delivered on time and I appreciate them going the extra mile for it.

I have bought tons of crystals from this company and they are nothing less than perfection, I love my crystals I have ordered and every single one on them has been presented beautifully with time and care. I would go nowhere else to get my crystals trust me they are amazing!.

Still waiting on a delivery that was "guaranteed for mothers day".

Awful customer service

I order a 3D crystal photo of my kids as a gift to my wife. She loved it! The detail in the laser etching is very good. It’s amazing how they can get the 3D effect from a photo taken on my phone. My third crystal from them and I highly recommend it as a gift. You won’t be disappointed.

I took in a favourite photo of both of us which I wanted to give my husband for Valentines Day as a crystal. The service was quick and reliable… and we are both delighted with the result. It will be something special to treasure for years to come….Thank you

I see this on line fb to be honest, I didn't know if it was a real thing or not but I liked what I saw, I ordered my item on the 7th December and panicked as I didn't hear or know anything but it arrived on the 22nd December.
I am absolutely made up as it is better than you can see in the pictures I would highly recommend you to buy from them it made my wife happy as it was a picture of our late dog. The detail is amazing

Order through this company and risk your money! I ordered 7 pieces costing in excess of £520 on the 16th Nov 21. I’ve been given 3 dates for delivery, last one on 13th Dec. 21. I wrote earlier today 17th Dec. 21 asking vendor to tell me he had dispatched my order but once again ignored. Since ordering I’ve received at least SEVEN advertising emails the latest of which “promises” to deliver BEFORE Christmas, really? so why cant he have delivered my order by now? if however you still wish to order from him then my tip would be to ask which Christmas he refers to. BUT if you then become (another) victim then I suggest you join me in taking this Vendor to court through in a class (joint) action? There are a lot of disgruntled customers on these pages therefore doubt we are all wrong despite those in support who I suggest are the lucky ones. If agreed to the class action then I’ll do the legal work inclusive of cost therefore I do NOT money, just your experiences. If interested then you can respond on this review page by stating - I agree to class action. I'll then be in touch

Would highly recommend crystal face to anyone. I purchased the medium rectangle 3d crystal. Absolutely over the moon. Had alot of people complementing on it.

Definitely recommend crystal face. Need a special gift for a Christening and came across crystal face and Needed a faster delivery than what was stated. So gave them a message and they said they would get it sorted withing the deadline and they delivered right on time. We will deffo be using crystal face again.

every day he sends unsolicited e-mails, it is impossible to withdraw from them, the attempt to contact the owner failed , And so for the last 2 years, I regret I bought from him ... and it is so expensive, items not well packed and damaged in transit , paypal pays money for that case

I have changed my review from 1-5 stars as Tom has now been in touch with myself today via phone call and arranged for my keyring that I won to be dispatched within the next few days. I will confirm when it arrives.

However reason for the 1 star review is I entered a competition they had sent me via email after my 4th purchase. I entered and received an email from Tom on 8th July 2021 saying it was time for me to collect the keyring I had entered for and would I send over some images and he would review them and then advise on best one to use. So I sent my images the same day, but by the 29th July I had still not had a response so emailed Tom to just ask for an update. Now it's the 16th October and still not got a reply or the keyring I had apparently won. I think it's disgusting, you should honour your competitions when you tell someone they have won. If I ever receive a reply or my keyring I will edit my review but untill then I really don't recommend buying from them.

I was looking for a very special gift for my brothers 30th Birthday, I ordered an image of him whilst playing golf with a personal message. The quality is absolutely amazing, I have already recommended to my friends. Service was quick and delivery was next day, I also received a call to let me know that it had been shipped. Thanks again and I will definitely be making other purchases!

Customer service a bit slow but we got there in the end. Very happy with the product, value for money and will def use this company again in the future.
