I have given 5 stars for Hollie who has helped me change over my watches. I originally bought 2 watches one for myself and the other for my husband who had a terminal illness. As my watch was now showing signs of wear I changed over to use my late husband's watch. Hollie helped me do that and was very patient with my questions and difficulty of hearing!
I decided to remain with CPR Guardian as recently had a newer sim card and the watch was meeting my basic needs of heart monitoring and emergency contact with friends if needed.
Take of two halves
Bought the product a couple of weeks ago and now sent back for refund. Company took ages to recover from Amazon platform issues and so product just didn't function. Very good on ultimate return and refund but make use of trial period to ensure product and service works for you. Sad as product concept looks good.
Fantastic purchase
Needed to ask for help with pairing watch to phone. Gentleman talked me through process with great calm and empthy. I then rang again regarding a payment as wished to change to yearly it was handled no bother at all and everyone I spoke to was very helpful and polite. I got this watch as I had a nasty fall and now feel very safe knowing my sons could be on hand if I needed them. A very satisfied customer.

Waste of money
The watch from the start needed charging more than it was on my mums wrist , I was told this was normal . Then after a few months it didn’t charge at all , after contacting customer services , they never even offered to Esther a look at the watch so cancelled the subscription. Total waste of money !!

Very let down
Purchased the CPR guardian watch for an elderly parent to offer reassurance throughout the day. Opted for the gold level and set the watch up quickly realising that the gold subscription was not what we required and silver would cover our needs. This is where the problems begin, been trying for four months now to reduce the subscription level and still receiving a bill for the gold subscription amount. Signal is extremely poor on this device with little or no signal in the home which is where we need it most. Latest issue, try and call the watch and it just says 'user busy'. Great idea, but customer service, response time and poor signal makes this a very expensive waste of time. My advice after four months of battling to get the subscription sorted - AVOID! The stress just isn't worth it. Get an Apple watch instead.

We had been looking for such a system for quite a long time but hadn' t found it in France. To be clear : my husband has a roofing business and an employee is not allowed yo work by himself in France. That is the reason why we bought CPR Guardian. It took some time to set up our watches and our phones but Steve was incredibly patient and helpful. So it is now working and it is quite helpful !

Well Done CPR
CPR does work hard to satisfy the inevitable issues that can occur during such an important and detailed digital setup process on such an important safety aid. In doing this, I found that nothing was too much trouble for the frontline staff in their endeavours to make things happen. They are to be commended for their patience, hard work and skill in setting up these watches and accounts. In my experience it appears not to be a simple and straightforward process as they produce the right result with due care.
The watch is everything I wanted with wide coverage in the UK and Europe as well as being able to wear the watch while in the shower/bath. This is such an important point in my view and a deal maker for full personal safety. Don't go swimming with it though!

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. We ordered a watch. it never arrived. They continued to take a subscription payment for months on end, despite emailing multiple times to ask them to rectify the issue. When i finally said i would contact the ombudsman, they called me and claimed not to have received any email except the most recent one. I am awaiting a refund......

Ordered watch on a 'free trial', never received watch, so contacted them, they said they did not have an order, I gave them the order number, then they did have an order. Woman did not know what she was doing, so I cancelled the whole thing well within the 14 cooling off period. She said it had all been cancelled and I would receive an email, did not receive any email, but kept a copy of the chat .... now they have taken the 'subscription' payment from my bank, no watch, it's been cancelled, no subscription, but they help themselves to the money - Fraud investigation now started with bank

CPR Guardian III - shame it does not work as expected
We bought the CPR Guardian III for my 90 year old mother who has dementia, and had started to leave home at all times of the day. The concept is great, although the battery life of the watch was always a concern.
I have set the watch app with a Geo-fence for home Wi-Fi and also minimum gps fence. The Wi-Fi one does not work (even though purchasing site said it did). Gps does work (but only when gps working) but the alerts only appear in the app, not as notifications on your phone. As per comment above - the gps does not always update, and we have seen periods of 12 hours plus where gps location not updated - which was the key driver for the purchase!. The watch SOS function is quite sensitive, and can trigger when a sleeve is pulled up, but easy to turn off (can just be a bit embarrassing. The phone function works well, but the limit of only 10 contacts is very restrictive.

Nice watch shame about the tracking… it doesn’t work
We had problems with the watch within a week of arrival as it wasn’t tracking very well.
Tech help was pretty much answered straight away and the issue would go away for a little while, but it would come back within a short period of time.
We stayed with them as they upgraded their systems hoping that it would improve the service…….. unlucky for us it didn’t.
My son has special needs and is unable to speak so it is inportant that the tracking is correct. He was at home and his watch shows him 5 miles away or several streets away. This just isn’t good enough. I even resorted to putting an Apple tag in his coat as a backup plan.
I have cancelled his contract and I consider the purchase of this watch to be a waste of money.

I received my guardian watch as a present
I received my guardian watch as a present as I live alone and it would save a lot of worry if I needed help. I paid to have the watch set up and when this wasn't done due to a mix up the tech support team were very helpful and supportive. Now I have learnt how to use the magnetic charger I am enjoying finding my way around the watch and app.

The CPR Guardian watch has given me confidence
I found it quite difficult to set up but my son did this for me. I have had a number of falls prior to buying the CPR Guardian and am an active lady. I became quite nervous at going out but this watch has given me confidence especially as it also gives the location of any falls. The only problem is the charging as it doesn’t always charge. I do think it should come with a charging unit.

My father in law has tried to cancel…
My father in law has tried to cancel his subscription to this numerous times. The fall detection doesn't work and the GPS has stopped tracking him. We have been asking for a refund for months. We have both called and emailed with the details they have asked for but we never receive a response
They are essentially stealing from us now. Do not use as once you start you can't get out!

Ordered an "out of the box" Guardian 3
Ordered an "out of the box" Guardian 3. They sent the watch without any contacts and with the time wrong. Steven at CPR spent 35 minutes on the phone trying to set up the watch and SIM but 3 days later when the SIM activated, it would not activate a call to any emergency contact and the time was still wrong. I have returned the watch for full refund but must now wait for 14 days before getting it due to "company policy". Must have been very unlucky as it would have been ideal if it had worked.
