Very knowledgeable and helpful without ever trying to sell anything we didn't need.
I spoke to Charles Lyndon about a Knotweed problem. Omar, one of the paralegals, was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Gave advice on the best thing to do next and reassured us that what we were already doing was the sensible approach. He didn't once try to sell us advice or legal work which we didn't need and also went out of his way to give additional information that would be helpful for us.
This all meant that we never actually became clients of Charles Lyndon but if I had a similar problem again and needed legal advice I would go straight back to them as the experts on this matter.
