The process of getting the loan was smooth, however, we had to include them (Button Finance chose to be on the insurance check, PHH Mortgage declined to be on the check) when we had a minor flood in our home. In order to deposit the check we needed a notarized power of attorney which they provided, however, it was not filled out completely. Our rep from Button (Jason) assured us everything was in order but after my bank read through the POA they saw where it wasn't and was missing an address. Just a frustrating process going back and forth with Jason not understanding it was NOT completed properly. My bank had to contact our Jason to make him understand his error.

The part I liked the most was you could do everything online, and I didn't have to submit all my documents in PDF form. The help I received was given willingly. Also, Sunday didn't ever not have time to help me. She was always patient with me and didn't get ezasperated with my slow typing or when I wanted to read something. And she always knew the answer to any questions I would ask her.

Over all it was a great experience. I wish other companies were so internet friendly. For once I did have to do all the work. There service is something that most companies do not do anymore.

My experience was quick and easy. My rep worked hard to work things in my favor and got me a good amount with a great interest rate! We had funding in two weeks! They made the process straight forward and easy.

Had problems getting one last check. Finally I told the loan officer we were not making our first payment until we received that last check. Didn't take long after that.

They’re helpful and flexible; extremely knowledgeable about the business they’re in.

The entire process was easy and quick and we were helped during the entire process. The only negative we have is that we had a question after we were funded and couldn’t get anyone to return our calls.

Button finance did very well. Everything went very smoothly. We had all the help we needed.

Our experience was made great by a great team that wanted us to succeed. Communication was also great. I really don’t have anything negative to say. We were given specific instructions. It was helpful to have a team of people that worked at Buttons that were organized, and knew just what to do. We really appreciated the extra computer help that the yea provided, so we could finish our application process.

The entire process was very streamline and user friendly

This company is exceedingly slow, poorly run, and unreliable. There are much better fintechs. Use Figure Lending instead. I had Figure before and went with Button and had nothing but problems. Button says they are fast but they are far behind their posted timeframes, sent wrong closing documents, tried to overcharge me, and you cannot get a hold of them by phone. They also sell their loans to SPS, one of the worst servicers you'll deal with. They also have terrible reviews.

Very informative in every step of the process. They were not pushy like some companies and were very responsive and great customer service.

Sale your account with out notice to you thats not right at all would not fue business with them again

Professionalism and understanding customer needs.

Well... Still waiting for my $5,758.00 DOLLARS that Escrow hasn't realest back to me for Tax's & Insurance which is always been taken out with each and every payment we have ever made. Zeke has been very helpful with whatever info he can retrieve. SO, CAN SOME ONE INFORM ESCROW TO SEND CHECK...

The initial contact was excellent and he worked hard to find a good interest rate and amount to borrow. However things kept changing when it went to the underwriters! I had to supply so much paperwork and information. I thought it would not end. Disappointed in the total outcome!

Resolved issues and successfully completed the process. Impressive. Grateful!
