Faulty product - 12 months later still waiting for a replacement or the money!

We bought a machine for 530€. It arrived faulty and made a lot of noice. Brycus told us they will get us a replacements. After months of waiting we asked for our money back, were told last September that they will transfer the money but it hasn't arrived yet 5 months later. Not trustworthy!

My order 236469 was cancelled by Brycus. They took money from account, but i did not get order or money. I'm taking legal actions, if I'm nor receiving my money now.

If I could give no stars I would,it seems to me this is a company earning interest but not supplying the goods, as I am in the same predicament

Yesterday we received our garden storage great service delivered quickly and we were very happy with it, an employee of the company called to check the address, do not understand why this company has so many bad reviews, we have a very good experience and the price quality was excellent

Paid for knee pads in Spain. Have not received them. No one is responding after telling me that they will send me an email. Called several times but they lied to me on every occasion. Will denounce the company through the Guadia Civil.

I ordered a shed for 2500 euros. The shed was damaged in transit. They said they would refund me. Sent bank details and nearly 6 weeks since making the order. No refund received . Now taking legal advice. Do not deal with this company. They steal your money. Order under Abigail fewtrell

Please don't buy anything of this Shop.
I've been robbed for 900 euros after returning a broken article they said that after 5 days I would have my money back. I've been emailing and calling after a few weeks and they even blocked my emailadress. Until now no refund .

After 2 days of posting my review here, I got my money back. *No sorry for inconvenience nothing*ZERO star actually

I ordered items with Brycus and the order just got cancelled whilst products where still (and still are) available for ordering at their website. They argued supplier problems, I assume they cancelled for different reasons due to the availability of the products on their website.

If you are looking for a reliable reseller don't buy at brycus. I was lucky enought that I received my money back but I want products not my money back. My reason for this review and low score is that you will not be informed about your product delay/cancellation what so ever.

If Brycus decides in the future to deliver my orginal order I will share this.

Brycus is not willing to give out the documents to file a official complaint against them. They are not answering to emails any more. Do not buy from them. They sell you used stuff for a new stuff price. Customer service is good in ignoring e-mails. Don't even waste your time with trying to get a hold of someone by phone. Rosana Barriguete Pavón was the person who stopped responding to my emails...

I have very bad experience with this company. I ordered an item one month ago "order number: 150621" and I didn't receive yet!! when asked them their response is that the item is stuck at Swiss customs because there was no invoice!!! I believe there is something wrong with this company. they are very bad in reponse time. I sent them many time that I dont want the order and i want my money back and I dont receive feedback from them!! the worst experience that you would imagaine!

Terrible to make an appointment for delivery. They promised to deliver within 2 days, but it came the 8 th. day…..

Truly awful company who lie about when item is to be dispatched. I wish I read the reviews before ordering, DO NOT USE!!

The directors of this company should be jailed. They take money, deliver nothing and respond to nothing. Just a bunch of crooks,

Well it took some time but they finally provided answers on my complaints. However their "tone of voice" was not ok.
I ordered two reels of bamboo fence to put on my pergola. It was not bamboo as advertised... It was feather reed...They did not like me claiming that it was reed. The cost is to high to return it so I will try to sell it, give it away or just throw in the bin...

I ordered a large swimming pool.
As the delivery date was delayed by 4 weeks in total, I canceled my order
I can understand that in Summer, deliveries are not easy.
I had several contacts by email and phone call.
Brycus reacts quickly and kindly.
The reimbursement was very fast.

Ordered a garden shed for 859eur (order 128711) which arrived a few days after. After I started opening one of the boxes I noticed there was multiple parts heavily damaged during transport. Tried to call and emailed them multiple times to get the situation solved but never heard back from them.
Avoid at all cost!

Sent for swimming pool last may never received it. Money was taken 184e . Sending emails got no reply. I will have to take legal action to get my money back. Disgraced. Do not order from this company.
